All the sudden feeling weak and not well

Hello it's day 12 for me and this is Saturday the day I skip my injection however I started my period this morning and I've felt really weird and off and unsual hunger/need to eat feeling. I am almost thinking I should take my shot even though it's 2:20 in the afternoon I take it at 9am usually because I don't feel normal.

Anyways any tips? Does this mean my dose is too low noramlly?

I don't usually feel this way at all on my period.

People used to skip during their whole period, then only on the heaviest day. Now many do not skip at all.

I don't think you will be able to tell anything from your skip day this time because of starting your flow. HCG can alter things about your cycle, so don't be alarmed.

Don't take your shot today. It won't change anything.

Have some bouillon or salty bone broth. The relatively low carb hcg diet encourages your body to excrete salt, which causes lower blood volume and headache, weakness, dizziness, fuzzy thinking, and constipation. Add some salt to your food - any salt, don't wait to get special "pink salt" or whatever.

I found out I was coming down with sickness so that was what it was plus my cycle. I eat a lot of salt normally. Today I'm fighting a stomach flu but it's not too bad. One of my kids has it also.
