I have a question, I had a different post about cravings. I was wondering. Since I had messed up my diet for a couple days due to cravings and TOM.
Should I just jump back to the VLCD diet?
I want to be able to at least drop 10-12 more lbs before my 40-43 days are up.
As of today I was at a 22.8 loss. (which could be more.)
Suggestions?
