    starting weight 172 (uggg) gosh i hate saying that
    You are doing great.... i look at the things that you think you are missing and the real goal needs to be to look at junk food differently. after you go thru the vlcd of phase 2, it is very important that you closely follow P3 and P4. Try to think of the foods your husband is eating as foods that are not healthy for you, saborate your weight goals and are not really healthy for him. Keep focused on what your goals are independent of whether or not your husband does the program with you. You have done it before and you can do it again. My husband didn't need to lose weight but when I started eating healthier his sugar levels for his diabetes and used less insulin when we both ate heathier. Keep up the good work

    todays menu:

    3.5 oz of filet mingon with sprinkle of lawrys seasoning, dash of garlic and onion powder, and a few sprinkles of montreal steak seasoning by mcCormik.
    1grilled onion
    4 strawberries

    as for drinks,,
    2,9oz bottles water
    2 cups coffee with choclate stevia
    i will drink 2 more bottles of water and call it a night...

    i must say,,,for u coffee drinkers, i normally just get folgers but i decided to try another brand called Don Frasnciscos coffee,,,WOWWWWW this stuff is amazing,,after i grounded it up i had my nose to the bag the entire way home,,TRUST ME,,u have to try it,,roast is medium,,it has a nutty aroma and sweet vanilla notes,,it says vanilla nut flavor,,,the ingredients are: 100% Arabica coffee,,,i got it from albertsons...this stuff is unbeliveable,,i dont drink tons of coffee but i bet i will start,,lololol

    i have been getting really creative with my meals,,,NOW my hubby and kids are standing over me asking for bites lolol geesh i only have 3,5oz lololol

    actually my cravings are not bad,,,everytime i see something i normally love, i picture it as a big glob of fat and thats the reason im in the cituation im in,,lolol it works everytime,,

    Just wondering how you are doing? I am on phase 2 day 17, and I have lost 12 pounds so far. I would be happy about that, but I just started doing the diet correctly yesterday. I lost 2.5 pounds of that lastnight. I am doing the injections, but the dr told me only to cut my calories to 500-800 and I could eat anything. So, long story short, I didnt lose any weight for like 5 days in a row! Then I found this forum and found the RIGHT way to do it. I could have lost more weight than this. Oh well, at least now I know. I started at 176 and now am down to 164. I need to get down around 135, as I am only 5'3". I just hope I can get my weight loss on track. I was hoping to only do one round but I guess I will have to do two. I liked your thread because we are trying to lose similar weight. When I see the 100+ threads, I feel like I am not losing enough, but since they are larger, they drop more weight daily I guess. Well, good luck and keep posting. You are insiring me.

    so far im on day 3.. starting weight is 172.?? and today 167.4 so far so good,,,,im mentally prepared for stalls,, and TOM (time of month is coming) id say today or tommorrow,,,

    as far as you losing 12lbs on day 17 thats great,,even thou it was 500-800 cal of what ever u want yummmmm lololol i also will do another round,,last time i did this i lost 19lbs my starting weight was 156...all i kno is i will never let things get out of control like this....you keep in touch as well with the losses,,,, we can do this,,,,

    One thing the HCG diet taught me is to think of food as nutrition and not just as something that tastes good. When I am at the store and walking down an aisle with chips and snacks I just try to look at it as poison for my body because it really is. 90% of that stuff is so bad for our bodies.
