Inulin is a prebiotic and a non-digestible fructan. That seems innocuous, and depending on how many packettes a day you use, should be neglible. Quantity could matter. "Non-digestible" could mean possible gas & digestive disturbances. If you notice any bloating or water retention from it, probably best to stop using it.
Silica is not a problem. It is inert. Basically sand.
