Big huge coffee drinker, fresh ground yummm.
AFM: down .6 today,i will take it![]()
I drink two cups of 1/2 caff every morning...no matter what.
As for alcohol - I can enjoy a glass or two of red wine without effects. But, it's just extra calories that I don't need or want so I try to avoid it.
Yesterday was a success. My friends cooked fish and salad and I ate NO snacks. It could've been SOOOO much worse. I mean - it's football, right?
No loss today, though. But, I'm okay with that. No gain either.
Measurements - down 9.5"!!!!!!!!!! Just wow!
Looking forward to a nice week of losses. This one will be easier, no big social plans next weekend....thank goodness.
Have a great day everyone!

HI Guys, Room for one more? I am starting R2 VLCD day 1 today. After crashing and burning for the last week. I was injecting, and couldn't make it past past mid-day without cheating! I lost 9 pounds and then gained it right back, all within 10 days! I am just so upset I wasted the HCG! SO I realized that a huge part of my success with R1 was this forum, so I am looking for a group!
I have about 50+ pounds to lose, lost 30 on R1, and only gained back 3-5 in a 2 month period! I had a great round 1, and I am having SUCH a hard time in R2! WHY am I hungry? I haven't done anything different, except I know the ins and outs of the diet! I even adjusted my dosage (I am injecting 125IU per day).
Looking for lots of support and friends to lose with!
Thanks!
Amanda
So I did it all weekend no wine. I know now that I can do this whole round without it. I am not much of a New Years Eve person so that won't be a problem. Waking up with another lb down and 8 lb total in 9 days is so much better then wine. I am going to try to make it all the way to March when we make our annual trip to Las Vegas then all bets are off.
Hey! thanks for the post. I hope and pray I can make it this time.I remember from last time that the first week is the hardest, because you are so aware of your eating, but then it gets easier. You lose interest in food. So, lots of water! Good luck with avoiding the snacks! Cheating is just not worth it, and will cost you 3 days according to Grammy.
Only down .4 Today, ah well. At least i know why. When I was cooking dinner I skipped my snack for the day and I ate a few bites of cottage cheese, and some extra meat. That's what I get for cooking while I was hungry. At least I still had a little loss. My Zucchini lasagna turned out yummy, gonna try it again today and eat the right portions and see if I lose ok or not. Stumbled a bit, but still motivated! ;D
