    This will be my 4th Round. My second round didn't go too well. I will never do a 40 day round again especiall with all the stalls I experience and when I compare my round 1 and round 3 it was only a five pound difference. I plan to cycle between phase 2 and phase 3 until I get all the weight that I want to lose off. Then I will do phase 4 once and for all. That's my plan.

    Sorry to hear your 2nd round didn't go so well. That's not what I really wanted to hear! At least you have a plan that works for you. Good luck and thanks for the response.

    Hi everyone! This is my third round, first day of loading. I've creeped in these forums for some time...so many of my questions were answered by viewing old and current posts the first two rounds! I'm excited for round three and sick of the loading eating already and hoping for a little extra accountability this round with all the holiday temptations! Prior to HCG, I lost 30 lbs the old fashioned way but struggled to get anymore off. I lost 23 lbs in 30 days of round 1 and 18 lbs in 25 days of round 2 (cut it short for a multitude of reasons). Both times, I stabilized easily around 3-5 lbs above LDW. This time I plan to eat VLCD through Christmas Eve and hope to lose 15 more! In between round 2 and now, I got engaged and I'm hoping to lose another 50 lbs before my summer 2014 wedding! Am now planning to spend some time catching up on this thread! Good luck ladies!

    Wow that's some really good success there !! Today was my first day loading and by 6 pm I was already stuffed to the max . I will do a 30-40 day round .

    Ill be cycling. Ill be going to p3 until after christmas and start p2 again after new years. Then 2 weeks of p2 and 1 week of p3...Ill see how that goes. Looking back, I lost all but 2 pounds in the first two weeks of p2, so Im not going to keep going into longer rounds if Im just going to be tormenting myself. Cant. Freaking. Wait. Today is my first load day!

    Did you talk to Grammy about that? Or do some research on what happens if you stop before 23 days? I think the problem is that you don't reset, so you gain all the weight back. And have you seenthe foing Rogue thread? Best wishes for success, whichever you decide to do. The other thing is that during the first week you are only losing water. . . something about you cannot start to drop fat until the water is gone.

    Gr8: Can you tell me how you ate for P3. I now realize that I ate some not allowed things, like green beans that I thought were OK. I'd like to give P3 a better shot, and I think I have the focus to do it now, but I don't want to mess it up by eating the wrong thing. You can PM me if you want to. Thanks!

    I think i ate green beans(oops) and your usual p3 foods. i do remember using fitpal alot to register my calories,and fat,protein ratios. i know in either of my rnds i didnt do the bread sticks,and that is something i see some discussion in some threads on. i mite try it this time,i havent decided. everyones body is so different . like me and Deb,identical twins. but i can eat oatmeal and no gain and she cant.

    Thanks for that. My NAET doc also does hcg consulting, and she said it would be best to count calories and stay at my BMR (around 1500) in P3, so the Fit Pal thing sounds good. I didn't know you and Deb were identical twins. She is probably allergic to oatmeal. I have an oatmeal allergy too. Good to know that green beans didn't affect you in P3, so they must not be the problem some would suggest. Maybe they are legumes, but non starchy, which would make sense to me. I don't even really like green beans, so it really would suck if I blew my round over them, lol. The breadsticks are only for P2, which is how I justified my cheat today. None in P3, because they are still starch. . . if that is what you were thinking.

    I totally broke my P2 today. We tried to go to Cracker Barrel, but it was too crowded, so we went to Denny's. I know it sounds crazy, but it was so relaxed, and the waitress was so sweet, and my daughters were so "in the moment", conversation was great, the food was tasty (if not healthy!), we drank lots of coffee (with half and half) and chatted, and it was my best Thanksgiving in years. I had a Hobbit breakfast which was eggs in baskets, bacon, hash browns with bacon and cheese, sweet potato/pecan pancakes with cinnamon syrup. It was so bad, but so good. And now it is gone and I am back on track. It is a lovely, cool day outside, so with all the glycogen in my muscles I will take a bike ride. I was weak on my recent rides, so it will be nice to have some energy to burn. I am pretty sure I will be upd a couple lbs tomorrow, but it it back to cucumbers and ground beef salad for dinner tonite.

    Today was day 2 of loading and I am "Thanksgiving Full". Looking forward to starting the VLCD tomorrow and remember how hard day 2 of loading is. It must have something to do with the HCG in your system or it is just pigging out 2 days in a row. Will relax and watch some TV then look forward to eating clean tomorrow.

    I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!
