    Time of Month

    Ok, so I am on my 3rd week of the drops and my TOM came as planned but for the last 3 days or so my weight has stayed the same. I have not gained but I have not lost anything as well. I am following protocol, drinking lots of water, getting lots of sleep, and I am not very stressed. Should I be worried. I have lost about 16 pounds so far but I want it to continue. Will it continue once the planned interruption is over? Open to comments and suggestions!!!
    Round 1 Part 3 Week 1

    LDW = 188 GRAND TOTAL OF 23 LBS LOST!!
    day 1 no drops + 500 CAL = 186
    day 2 no drops + 500 CAL = 186
    P3 D1 = 186.5
    P3 D2 = 187.0
    P3 D3 = 187.3
    P3 D4 = 187.3
    P3 D5 = 188.5 - we will see what tomorrow brings but it might be a high protein day
    P3 D6 = 187.1 - back below last drop weight. must be doing something right!

    Imho, I would just keep doing the diet to a T, and you should start to lose weight again soon, maybe in the next few days.

    I've heard that you should only have a stall, if at all, of about 3 days while on TOM, then you will start to lose again like normal.

    i have the same issue, except my 21 day P2 will end in the middle of TOM (and i am not discontining drops accd to a post by grammy i read). should i expect no more weight loss or maybe very small loss each day due to TOM? I have one more vial and could extend another 7 days after this mix is gone. dont really want to, but id still like to see another 6 to lbs come off. i dont think i could do another round of this again in the future. grrrr. ive only lost 13 lbs in about 16 days, and this entire week was pretty much a stall. i know inches r coming off, but i want the scale number down!!! what should i expect?

    Thanks so much for responding to me!!

    I still have my TOM but I woke up this morning with over 3 lbs down on the scale. Much Relief. So that puts me at -18lbs and I am in the middle of the third week! I am feeling much better about this!

    so ive been in a stall all week, and only have 3 more days or so to lose the 10 lbs l need to reach the goal i had hoped to reach. i was hoping to see 20+ lbs come off over the course of P2, but it looks like ill be lucky if i even get to 15. out of the 21 days of P2 so far, ive been stalled a grand total of 9 or 10. not very fair considering my fiancee is still dropping a pound a day and has lost over 20. i havent cheated even one bite and am very disappointed. ive been really hungry for 3 weeks now and i dont feel like 13 lbs is was worth the work and inconvenience. i understand stalls r normal, but its not fair to be stalled 33% of the entire phase.

    I would stay strong. Have you tried cutting fruit and melba toast and bread sticks out? I know it is hard. Also, if you are hungry and on the homeopathic hcg drops have you tried to slightly increase your dose? That seems to help with hunger. My boyfriend did it with me and we are now on maintenance he lost 31 pounds and I lost 23. There is a big difference because a. he weights a lot more than me and b. men lose faster. Try not to compare yourself to others. Also TOM and stress could cause stalls.
