    ugh same weight again

    ok people. thanks for the knock on the head yesterday to all who answered my "bring me back to reality" post. I am maybe a week or less till the end of my phase 2 and i have been the same damn weight for 3 days 150.2. I soo want to get down to 145 before this round is over so it would maybe be my last phase 2 for a while. I am getting a bit tired of phase 2 and sometimes the cravings are bad. Anyway apple day????? thanks vickie

    I'm kind of in the same boat. I weighed 162.6 two days ago (I'm on day 30 today), yesterday morning I woke up to a 1.2 lbs GAIN, and this morning was only down .2 lbs. NO cheating or anything! I'm only a maximum of 12 days left (including the 2 VLCD after my last drops) but was really wanting to get down in the 150s before the end of the round. I'm hoping just sticking it out will take care of it. I wanted to finish strong! I'm looking forward to P3 so much I can hardly stand it!!

    OK girls. You are in the doldrums of P2 which almost always seem to happen right before the end of a long round. Don't stop now because the "magic" of the last week to 10 days is right around the corner. Give your over-worked body the opportunity to get a bit more clean-up work done so it can produce more results for you. P3/P4 is a nice switch, but it does not have the "magic" of P2. P3 is also tough because it is so hard to trust that eating alot more will actually help you maintain your weight loss! Hang on! You are almost there!

    thanks carrie. gotta keep plugging along although its kind of hard and disappointing,. I'm not cheating either but they say when you are not losing pounds the inches are going so i'm sure something is going on with us and we will see it soon.. vickie

    thank you shustar i am in the doldrums. i don't want to give up before the last 5 pounds so i am posting and gathering support which everyone here is so good at giving out. I so badly want this to end soon. I have been really faithful and then i get so thankful for the weight loss and then i get scared of phase 3. i'm all over the place and tom is not even near!!! lol lol thanks

    rxvickie...I'm about where you are (except 15 lbs heavier...sigh)...but, I am on r1, p2, vlcd 33...want to lose about 5 more lbs b4 I go into P3 and I am running out of time...only 7 days left (9 if you include the 72 hours after no more drops)....so far, I've lost about 22 lbs but was hoping to be a little closer to 30 lbs lost...now, just would be happy to lose about 3-8 lbs more...I hate to hear that you are having trouble with cravings...they are not affecting me too bad...(apple cider vinegar has really helped me with that...it's bearable if you put 2 T. in 16 oz water and ice w/2 pkts of Stevia...actually have learned to like it that way...I drink mine in a wine glass... 3 x a day...lol). I will be stopping the drops at the end of the day on Feb 15th, will continue with the vlcds on the 16th and 17th...start P3 on the 18th...gonna have an egg in real butter and cream in my coffee...can't wait!!!! Hold onto that first day of P3 and you'll be fine...you've come all this way and are very close to a little break...p2 can be daunting for sure...but you should be seeing the light at the end of the p2 tunnel...good luck & stay in touch!!!

    Been at the same weight for 2days but have cheated quite a bit over the past 2 days, just happy I did not gain back, on day 25 of 43 day cycle. wanted to get down to 170 on this round but not sure if would make it since have only so many days to go, may extend to 50 days instead of 43.

    I stalled for 9 days in P2, from VLCD19-VLCD28, losing 8.5 after the stall until VLCD43, so I decided to go longer than 43 days to VLCD57. I lost 9.5 more pounds with the additional 14 days.

    I would like to stay on the VLCD's longer but I thought that we couldn't go past 40 days...that our bodies would not respond to the HCG after that...that we needed to wait through stabilization b4 we started taking HCG again...??? Is this incorrect?

    Thanks! I hope you are right about the "magic" to come! lol Maybe that thought will keep me going. My husband will be gone from Tues-Fri this next week, so he's going into P3 on Tuesday. I think he thinks he'll come back to P2 when he gets back home, but I'll be a little surprised if he tears himself away from the "yumminess" that is P3. It'll definitely be harder for me to stick to P2 if he's not on it. I guess the good part is that I'm so scared of the ramifications of cheating while taking my drops that I won't cheat - but it'll be tempting to move to the next phase a few days early. Hopefully I'll have enough success while he's gone that it'll keep my head in the game!

    I think there is someone here on this board that has done over 100 days. As long as u don't become immune, and you'll know when that is, because you'll get hungry. I would keep going.
