    Haha, well that would explain why you have time to make your bed! lol

    I have wanted to try Bikram's, but it is about a 45 min drive for me to go so I am hoping they will open another one closer to me...which I figure they will sometime in the near future! I hear it is a pretty amazing experience! I am sorry to hear your steak day didn't go well, but it does sound like you have a game plan in place and you will get there!!! Just keep your focus! I know you can do this, you are a strong woman! Don't give in and settle for anything less than what you know you can do! I haven't seen 133.6 since my last day of HCG and I am bound and determined to get back there too!

    Shannon-glad to hear things are going good for you. I haven't had an Adkin's bar yet, and with all the talk about how addictive they are I think I will have to stay away from them...I have a serious sweet tooth! It might be safer for me if I don't know how good they are! lol

    My steak day actually went well to my surprise. I was in shock, because I didn't think it would actually work. I went from 137.8 yesterday down to 134.8 this morning! It was hard, I'm not going to lie! I was salivating by the time my husband pulled the steak off the grill and it was soooo good! I really have my eye on getting back to my 133.6 though. I have to do this and stay focused! I keep wanting to hover around the 134.8 though. I think I am just going to stick to high protein with veggies and minimal dairy over the next several days and see how that goes...dairy is my weakness!

    Hope you all are having a great day. I will check in tomorrow! Hope the scale is good to all of us tomorrow!

    I did not succeed today on a steak day or an all protein day. I was just so so hungry! I caved at noon with a can of salmon, then had some white fish sauteed at around 3. Then I blew it with raw asparagus, raw broccoli and a homemade dressing with sourcream, egg, etc. in it. The dressing was really the bad one. For dinner I had a chicken breast with some pesto on it and a small green salad with a slice of avacado. Not exactly low fat or all protein. Boo. I hope I'm not angry with myself tomorrow. I have done good with not drinking any alcohol which is great! So crossing my fingers that tomorrow's weigh in will be less than what it was today and hopefully less than yesterday! Miracles happen!!!

    Hey all! I hope things are going well! I'd love to hear how you're doing!!

    I'm feeling a little guilty for having such an easy P3. I've never experienced anything like this before. No matter how much I eat I weigh about the same. I tried an experiment yesterday and ate a ridiculous amount of food (I forced myself), and I weighed less this morning than I did yesterday. Crazy!! I didn't even drink much water. I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else before. It's baffling to me. Is it really just because of the low carbs? I've never done Atkins or low carb dieting. I've mostly counted calories and just kept any eye on carbs. I expected to be doing steak days constantly because of my past weight history. I also realize that I'm not near my goal weight. I'm sure it would be harder if I was closer to my goal.

    Good Morning! I'm inching closer to the 130's. I'm down 1# from yesterday, so only a couple more to go. I did have a tequila last night, but today I am going to be good. This is such an awesome opportunity to take the time and energy to dial in my eating. Learn what works and what doesn't for me and maintaining the quality of life I enjoy!

    Shannon - don't feel guilty about your easy ride! That's awesome! I hope all your P3s are like this one. My first one was super easy. It was my first p4 that sucked. But that was only because I was on p4 for 1-2 weeks and it was right before I was going to go back into P2, so I used it as an excuse to binge everyday. My second P3 was easy for the first month, then again I messed up when I went into P4 (over the holidays). SO, this P3 is more difficult I think because I'm within an 'average body weight for my height' and I'm trying to establish long term eating and living habits.


    P2: Total loss including load gain: 22.2
    Currently in P3, R3

    LIW: 138.8 Semi-stable at 144-147 for 3 weeks

    Today's weight: 152.4 +5 (huge emotional Binge eating for 2 days.)
    Yesterday's weight: 147.4
    Immediate goal: Get the scale to 140 to 142 and keep it there!

    Mutter Hubbard, drat, bat , bat grhhhhh aaah! Butt. - Oh sorry that dart terret's syndrom! Well I'm having a stupid steak day. I jumped almost 3 pounds overnight. I'm not sure what it was, but the only new things I ate were: almonds with tamari and there was some bacon in my dinner last night. My mouth also felt a little tingly when I had a tomatoe and my stomach was a little woozy when I had a latte. So I'm thinking that I may have a sensitivity to: almonds, soy, sugar (in the bacon) and maybe I can't handle that much lactose??! I drink cream in my coffee, but maybe that's different than a whole glass of milk. I'm so bummed it's going on 2 weeks since I've seen the 130's. I'm feeling frustrated, like I'm never going to have the fortitude to "diet with the basics" for long enough to get the last couple pounds off. Slow creep up and it's pissing me off! I do well for a day then relax and do something that screws it up. I'm hoping to get back to 141ish tomorrow with a steak day today. Then I guess it's one day at a time. ****. I was so determined to get it off this week and now I've spiked up again. Grrr. Alright, off to yoga and maybe I can sweat some of this out. Hope you all have better weigh in's than me!

    How frustrating!!! Just keep plunging forward. You know its a matter of figuring out your magic combo. Just remember that your not willing to give this loss back. I keep thinking the longer we can go at a stable weight...the better luck we will have keeping our numbers . You and I have had the exact same plight....so I'm right there with you. I'm staying hi protein today too. I did have an Atkins bar yesterday...but I think it's a fluke I'm not paying for that. None today!

    Don't feel guilty....just know it can change on a dime...so be sure to weigh every day! (I'm always tempted to opt for denial).

    yumm apples and peanut butter. I need to go back to eating apples. I have been opting for s.f. stuff and to reduce carbs and I don't think that is the direction I want to head in. I want to stay natural. Then later if i need a piece of dark chocolate...then I want to be able to do that. You look like your Stabilizing great!! Congrats on the size 12!!

    YES! Avoid the Atkins Bars!!! They are addicting.If you can get away with fruit....do that. The hi protein and veggies is working for me. I am doing a lot of half in half in my coffee...and I did have vodka the other night (2-3 drinks w sf cranberry lemonade). Oh...I've been having cheese too, but cross my fingers...I don't think that hurts me. I'm 4 oz. within my original LIW. Hope to get comfortably back there ??

    So, I have been at 135 for the past two days! ERRGG! I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I think that had something to do with this mornings weight. Been drinking (water) like a fish today, so hopefully I will be back down tomorrow. I also did Jillian Micheals 30 day shred this afternoon...whoo, that was fun! lol

    Everyone keep their focus...we can get through this. I am focusing on getting back to LDW.

    BTW...I just bought the Mint Chocolate Chip gum. All I have to say is...AMAZING!!!! Thanks for talking me into that one (not like you really had to twist my arm)! Also, I have been having SF hershey dark chocolate mini bars and I highly recommend them!

    Oohh...I'll have to look for those dark choc. bars! Just remember there ARE carbs (I think) in that gum...so don't go crazy . It is wonderful. I'm up to about 4 pieces a day sometimes
