Hi ladies, well it was a busy weekend for me. My fiancé went camping for his bachelor party so I ran errands and did wedding related stuff, and went to a friends BBQ. I gained after my SD back up to wear I seem to keep popping back to. I want to see if I can stay stable here. If I keep gaining then I'll reassess my food, but I think this may be a set point that my body is going back to. It's the weight I was when I met my fiancé and then was LDW for two previous rounds. Yesterday and Friday I didn't eat anything suspect after the SD so I will see what happens if I don't keep fighting this.
Moon sorry to hear about the additional health problems you're having on top of everything! Maybe you can use the knee replacement as your motivator to lose and stay on track.
Faithful sorry to hear of your gain. I know how you feel. I put on quite a bit eating whatever I wanted after my broken ankle. I know most people don't truly notice, but it's hard to ignore that they might be. At least you know you have a way to lose again.
