    Weight loss

    Hi all,

I was just wondering how long it took before you really saw and felt a difference in your shape?

I'm on day 3, and so far don't feel or see any change, except feeling better about eating healthier.

I'm not using scales to weigh myself because I don't want to know how much weight I've put on since having my baby. I just want to wake up and feel like my tummy is going down, but it actually feels bigger tonight.

I've been pop, except the water intake. What are your stories and experiences? Please share.

It's hard to track anything without weighing. Some of the reshaping doesn't happen until P3 also. You really need to weigh.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol

Have you taken your measurements? In my first round, I didn't notice any difference until P3 since that's when I lost inches. In other rounds, I started noticing late in the first week, I think.

you have to weigh yourself each morning; that why you know its working or if you need and adjustment. After day 9 and lost 10lb I noticed I look way slimmer

    Hi,

Thanks all. I know I should weigh myself, but if I see that I have to lose 20kgs to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, I know I'll lose motivation and give up.

It's a massive change from how I was eating, so I hope to see results, as I should. I get a little bit light headed in the mornings, which makes any big workout too difficult.

I saw that heaps of people see their first change during p3, but how can that be when week 1 of P2 is when people usually lose the most weight? I just want my big fat belly to go away, along with my arms, back and thighs. I feel like I'm so far away from my goal... At worst, just say I do have 20kgs to lose, how long would it take using HCG? Could it be done by October?

mummyof2- While it's true that most hcgers lose a large amount of weight during the first couple of weeks-- our bodies have to catch up with the fast losses. For me, and I am a slow loser-- I completed a 40 day round of injections and lose between 20-25 lbs... sorry I don't know how to convert the measurements-- American education you know..... but I didn't "feel" like I lost any weight until my 2nd week in P3. All of a sudden my clothes just dropped off of me.. seriously ....like overnight. Sure, during the P2, I noticed that my clothes were getting roomier-- but as far as "feeling" thinner-- it took me a while.. If you stick with the protocol, you will surely have results. This is the fastest losing diet that I have ever heard of .... or done! Give it a round-- see how you feel.
If you really can't deal with the number on the scale-- and watching it decrease, then you really should take your measurements... otherwise, you are robbing yourself of the joy of all of your hard work..
My hope for you, is that you can find a way to allow yourself to enjoy your losses and changes...it doesn't matter how much you have to lose-- it's the journey.. and if you keep on the hcg journey-- you will have your end result.

Thank you so much! What an awesome post.

I will stick to protocol, and finish the round, but mine is only a 21 day round. I can't wait to start noticing a difference.

Btw, I think 2lbs is 1kg, so I get blown away by the losses people are reporting on here, especially when I don't feel like we're totally starving. I wonder if they're doing plenty of exercise that I'm not really doing at this stage? I'm not drinking as much water as they say I should be. Why do you have to drink so much?

The HCG must be doing something, but it's so hard to believe it's anything but exercise and calorie intake. I'm really craving some diet jelly. How do you all get over your cravings? I think there are no calories in it, but wouldn't be pop. I'm avoiding starch all together, and tomatoes.

Also, are you able to have a different serve of veg at dinner than what you had at lunch, or is it all meant to stay the same for both meals each day?

Thank you all for your support and feedback.

you can pick what you want from the approved list- it can be different at each meal-- but never combine at the same meal. cravings go away after a while-- don't give in to the mind hunger-- it will go away!
stay on plan-- you don't need to exercise... as far as the water-- you can have tea or coffee but you should try to drink some water everyday..

I really saw a difference within a few days, but im sure it was mostly water weight i lose too. And what i mean by that is, I know my body very well and so i feel my stomach and legs, arms, etc, and i feel it being slimmer and tighter. But, it takes me at least 5 days before I feel my pants getting bigger. Im not satisfied though until im going down a few sizes! It takes time. And if you are patient, and take it one day at a time you wont regret it! This diet is like no other and you just have to stick to protocol. Btw, i had 3 kids and 3 c-sections with those kids. My tummy is the last to go down. Its the most stubborn. So dont concentrate on that. Just drink lots of water, tea, coffee, eat on protocol and youll see the difference! I should also mention i think its important to take vit b mixture and a potassium supplement. If i dont take those within a week or so I feel horrible.

Hehe ok Veekay, good advice, but I still run after my kids a lot and do a lot of cleaning etc. which keeps me on my toes.

Great advice from everyone! Thank you so much!

Just wondering is anyone knows (in lbs or kgs) how much weight is There between clothes sizes? I'm sure US, UK and Aus would all be pretty similar...
