    Down 2 lbs after VLCD1. I know the "honeymoon" will fade after about a week, but right now, I LIKE not having to eat much. Feeling lighter already. Not hungry, so happy about that.

    Candace: How's your hunger? Has it abated? Did you adjust your dose? How are your losses so far?

    Tangle: How did your cleanse work for you?

    Lydia: How are you doing?

    Hi Laura and everyone.

    I must say the cleanse didn't work just right for me... but I have good reasons and they aren't the cleanse's fault really. So I am sure I learned something that I can use again another time really. I was really already in cleanse mode... with eating LRx on the lightest side... so there wasn't much to empty out for me... so I lost very little weight, though I did lose a little over 1.5 lbs. I was hoping the healing aspect worked, but I didn't really do it long enough for that either, cause some work events came up that interupted my resolve. But I am content to say I am staying in the 155/158 range. Which isn't remotely close to 151 I ended the last round with, but 155/157 is about where I have settled since doing LRx stuff, so really I think this is home for me now unless I do something drastic. Basically my method has been to have the big breakfast, skip lunch, eat a high protien/fat dinner with little to no carbs other than what is in the Cocoa Crack. If I over do dinner (dining out), I skip big breakfast the next day, get a little Cocoa Crack and then eat dinner the same as I generally would. Seems to keep me within a decent range of things. As long as I can stay under 160 with wiggle room, I can't complain... considering how lazy I am and how easy this is for me to live with. My size 8 stuff is still all comfy if I stay under 160 too... so again... not just over the moon happy, but content for now. There is a lot going on home that makes my schedule too hard to do much else right now, so I can live with maintaining for a while.

    Good lesson, Tangle. You're doing just fine! I'm down a total of 4 lbs in first three days of VLCD and feeling strong. Laundry, rehearsal then a date: movie (Joyful Noise) and dinner. Singing at church tomorrow. Make it a great weekend!

    Hey girls. I haven't been on the scale in awhile because all it does is drive me crazy, but I am back into my size 2s The hunger was so bad that I took a three day interruption and restarted. I took my dose down to 8 drops 3x/day and it was like it flipped a magic switch. I have been getting hungry once a day around 4, and that's it. The gnawing, binge-inducing hunger is gone. Late evening is usually a hard time for me with cravings, but I haven't had that either. Woo hoo! I have been having some trouble sleeping, but still wake up energetic. I put in two workouts so far this week, no problemo. This morning I did a P90X/kickboxing class and have felt fine all day. Before when I tried to work out I would get lightheaded and tired. I think I need to restart magnesium to help with the sleep issue, no idea what the deal is with that.

    My birthday was last week. It was the first birthday ever that I did not have cake. No biggie.

    ahh hey girl! glad your back..im in p2 to get of ALOT of holiday weight. boo.Would looove do some kickboxing in p2, does it effect your losses? I usually walk but miss different work outs. I feel super thick around the middle compared to last time I was at this weight. Its the non exercise! I miss my abs congrats on getting back to your 2's!! Im on my way but i have awhile...im gunna get there though!

    Happy belated birthday, Candace! Glad you got your dose worked out. I'm down about six pounds in the first week of P2. Pretty happy with that. Starting to get bored, though. Ah well... one day at a time.

    Hey Em! I don't know if the workouts effect my weight or not, I have only been weighing in once a week. I can tell I'm that I'm losing and I'm stronger, so I'm happy. Lol I have never had abs, and after kids and losing so much weight, I never will.

    Thanks, Laura! Congrats on your six pounds. Boring food is worth it though, right? It doesn't really bother me, I like chicken. I have been dipping celery into spicy brown mustard lately, it's my new fave snack. I have used fff as a meal a few times, I love that stuff.

    I only do once a week too, it keeps me motivated and something to look forward too. Everyday makes me insane. It is harder to catch if somethings making me stall, but I just stick to what I know works. I did not have alot of fat in the tummy area last r 1 and 2 because I had lost weight before each round..and this round I gained a bunch before so im not used to the tummy flub and reeeeeaaally hoping it goes back. Last time I was at this weight I had a flatter tummy so it makes me feel even worse about the number. Day by day. I'm eating fage for dinner tonight with stevia and cinn. good good stuff. Keep it up ladies!! It helps me to read all of your guy's posts

    Well, ladies, I guess I spoke too soon on my success at maintaining. Just a couple of meals out and I can't seem to get the 3-5 pounds back off as easy as I did in the earlier part of the month. So I ordered a new round of HCG. I will start this next weekend. I have decided I am apparently not as adjusted to staying in the 150 range as I thought I was. I really would like to see the 140 range, even if not forever. I will end P2 just a few weeks before my 37th birthday and so look my very best for my birthday! Then I will go back to LeptinRx. Which I know works for me to maintain, just not always to lose.

    So my blonde question for today is... how much stock do you all put into the lotion and oils on your skin rules. I have made my own CO/sugar body scrub that I use on my body and face regularly and on my youngest who suffers from Eczema issues when I don't use it on her enough. Wondering if I need to stop using while doing P2... and guess I would have to get DH to use it on my DD for me. Which he won't relish. LOL! He does prescrip lotions on her, but hates the oil feel of the scrub... LOL!

    Also, guess I need to re-read Pounds and Inches to check on which of the supplements I take for LeptinRx that I need to pause on during P2. Joy joy! Actually looking forward to some fruit, cause I pretty much haven't had much of any since going to LeptinRx, but hadn't missed it really either. It will just be a nice change. LOL!

    Down 13 pounds! Woo hoo! I have been doing heavy weight training 3 days a week on top of my Thursday kickboxing class. I feel amazing.

    Hope everyone is well!

    Oh, Tangle--I don't use body lotion, but I still use my facial moisturizer and Dove body wash. I always have, so I don't know if it makes a difference or not.

    Well, start of VLCD2... gained 5 lbs loading.. down 3.5 but am still up nearly 14 from LDW from my October round... so a long way to go still to find VFT! Feeling fine so far though and TOM started this morning.. so not sure if that is good or bad, but at least it should already be on the down side now I think. Hope everyone has a great week!

    Hi gang. Candace, -13 must feel fab! Tangle, I continue to use natural lotion and face cream; I just try to use as little as I need. I have dry skin naturally so it drives me crazy if I don't moisturize. I don't know if it has slowed me down. I doubt it; there have been days where I drop big even after using the moisturizers.

    Last week was a bust for me due to TOM and some minor cheats. I'm down 1.4 midway into this week. Onward. At 138 and close to goal, I hope my body releases fat and I can get there!

    Had a sacred naming ceremony yesterday. Took the name Laurelia, which has a lot of meaning for me. Please feel free to use that name. :-) Make it a great day!
