    I am envious that you are into P3! Cream in coffee. Bacon. mmm/ Actually I don't think anyone even notices 10lbs. LOL.

    Tangle: I wish I had your numbers. I lose weight so slow but that is just how my body is. I bet you will be real hot for your birthday!

    Plugging along, it's been an easy round overall but the scale is moving slow. That said my jeans are not tight and feeling better every day.

    Well, I stayed on protocol, but had too many strawberries instead of the orange I had planned cause I had forgotten they were there and would go bad sooner than the orange if I didn't eat and not enough veggies probably. I took an epsom salt bath last night but nothing stellar coming from it. But think I am behind on "movement" lately, so hopefully that will kick in soon and I will recover nicely soon. All chicken today, so lettuce and an orange for lunch. And my regular water schedule. My weekend water schedule isn't the best. But my office one is golden really, so hopefully all that will combine for the good tomorrow. And of course on the weekends I weigh in 2 hrs later than during the week too, so that accounts for part of my "gain" cause it wasn't really lost yesterday, it was just water really.

    So if I go for 30 dose days, that will put my last dose at 3/10. I haven't done 30 days before, so I hope I can. It is only 12 more days and 14 days of VLCD. I think the motivation will be good to stick it out if I can just get under 150.. just hope drops hold out too. I can say, I am dreaming more about P3 foods than LRx at the moment, though I am missing my protiens, but I am wishing for dairy and on LRx of course that won't be an option for a long time still. I so hope that I reset this time. I just have to make it past my birthday. I really need to start planning my preferred and safe meal to have so I can stear toward a suitable resturant when the time comes.

    Tangle have you read any of Dr. Kruse's lately on his latest blog to add with the LRx? He makes sense but I found it hard to stick to after a few weeks. Anyway I find his blog rather facinating even though I am not sure that is the path for me.

    I do try to check in there once in a while. Are you talking abou the cold therapy? I have read some of it, but not all. It is interesting, but hard to read and comprehend at times. I have to take it in small doses.
