Thread: Who's Starting ealy JUNE??

    I hope it's okay to jump in and join you!

    I'm on VLCD 11. I haven't been hungry, I'm just getting tired of the same old food every day. The only meat I eat is chicken, so there's not much variety. I'm hoping to complete 30 days on the (homeopathic) drops. I currently weigh 136.4 and would love to reach 128 (I'm 5'6).

    To throw a wrench in things, I have a week-long vacation (family reunion) coming up in 11 days. We do these reunions every other summer and they are ALL ABOUT food, so I'm nervous about maintaining will-power. My 10 year high school reunion is next month, so I'm really motivated to stick with this.

    Of course it's ok! That's what we are all here for... Support and bragging rights just kidding.

    You don't have far to go to get down to 128, I am sure you will do it! What have your losses been so far?

    Personally, I would stick as close to protocol as possible for your family reunion. See it as a test of your resolve. All your hard work will pay off in only a few weeks! Stick with it! Bring our own food if you have to!

    Thanks Lovely! Luckily we'll be in condos with a full kitchen. I'll be grocery shopping as soon as we get there for p2 staples and bringing my food and bathroom scales. My husband thinks I'm a nut, but I don't care. lol.

    I stupidly didn't weigh in before my loading days (I didn't think I could handle seeing the massive gain) and I PIGGED OUT big time. Here are my daily weigh-ins so far.

    VLCD 1: 149
    VLCD 2: 145.4 (-3.6)
    VLCD 3: 143 (-2.4)
    VLCD 4: 142 (-1)
    VLCD 5: 140.6 (-1.4)
    VLCD 6: 139.6 (-1)

    Dandan26 - I try to take my drops either half an hour before each meal or after but sometimes I get off if I on accidentally drink something then I have to wait 30 min more. So I'm not that strict with time. I eat 2 servings of veggies a day. Mostly cabbage because you can have two cups and I live cooked cabbage. I haven't been that hungry because I've been sick with a sinus infection so I can taste and I'm not that hungry😃
    I think you are losing at a good pace. I bet I'll slow down in my losses now. I didn't weigh today because I was at a water park so I'll let u know tomorrow.

    Oh the places,

    Those are great losses!! So far! Gives me some hope. It looks like you have released around 14 lbs in 11 days, which is huge!

    Hi Jackie - glad you're still sticking with it! I'm having the same problem, it's now day 8 for me and I've been starving hungry (not just cravings) since I started VLCD. I'm eating the same diet I did last time (strict protocol) and have stayed at the same weight for the last 5 days. I'm using hHCG spray, and I've been told the complete opposite of what you have - to skip one dose os,f spray, and reduce the number of sprays from 4 to 3 (so it would be 3 sprays, 3 times a day). I can't face an apple day when I'm already so hungry as it is - I think it would make me cry lol. Hope things improve for you soon!!

    Hi guys! i woke up really late today..slept so many hours and i woke up REALLY hungry. but im controlling cause it be my "breakfast" .. dont wana stuff the beef soup as my breakfast.. lol.

    Sometimes i think , the more u sleep.. the less u eat. And also,prolly sleeping early aids in losing the pounds.. but im a total nocturnal.. sleep at 4am++ usually. sometimes even 8am =.= . Time is so messed up.


    Ssueb - oh.. me too , tend to hold it off.. but sometimes times just pass and its actually more then 30mins. i saw somewhere that they say its better to take it 1hr after your meal.. i did try it and kinda like the effect .. but its still random for me , as long as i take 3 times a day. lol. lemme know your losses!! =D
    Usually the optimum loss is during the first week..i hope i can do better in my 2nd week! Since tomorrow gona be the day!

    I think another part of my problem is Tom started yesterday. I heard its normal to stall or gain before and during. I'm hoping this is why for me. I lost 2.1 after my Apple day but gained an ounce today. Now I just hope I drop a lot when tom is over and not just a little at a time. I have some catching up to do.

    Well today I woke up and weighed and I had only lost .2 but then had to go to the bathroom so I weighed again and I was down another 1.2 so I'm not sure whether to really count that number. What go you all think?

    This morning I'm a little hungry but I'm going to drink my water and coffee. I'm resolved to drink all my water today. I've been bad with my water☺

    Thanks DanDan! You rock too! Change is hard but often necessary!

    Today I was up 0.1...I am guessing it's due to my cheat two days ago! Onward and upward...I mean downward...lol!

    Skipped my shot yesterday and reduced to 150iu sub-q today...we will see how is evening goes...so far I am good. No hunger but I am having stomach issues (think I went over board with the smooth move yesterday!).

    For water intake,

    I filled up a juice pitcher you know the plastic ones. They hold 2 liters perfectly.

    I fill it up first thing in the morning
    And I know if I have emptied it by bed time, I have had my full amount of daily water
