    feeling like I need a carb fix. I miss bread so this feels close

    I wouldn't go overboard on them. You need to break the addiction for one thing. LOL And many people gain if they overdo on those things.

    Are you really Finnish? I love Finns! My best friend in high school was a Finnish foreign exchange student and we hosted her daughter as an exchange student many years later.
