This is my second P3 round and my LIW was 120.4. I am currently on day 36 and have been scared to move onto P4.
I feel like I have had a difficult time stabilizing closer to my LIW, as my weight has gone up to 123.8 a few times. I have done two steak days during this time and lose about 1.5 pounds each time.
I am eating the same as my first P3 round, where I stabilized below or at LIW. With that comparison in mind, I feel like since I can't easily stay within two pounds of my LIW, I am rather nervous to move onto P4.
1. Should I adjust my goal weight to have a little more flexibility?
2. What P4 foods should I try first? And should I try one food, wait two days before I try another one?
3. I do find that the handful of times I exercised, it seems to help my weight, unlike when I tried to exercise in P2. And also, avoiding eating or drinking after7 PM. Would this be helpful as I transition to P4?
