Steak day was a success. Down 2lbs landing me at 148.1. Only .6 above my ldw.
Keeping things simple and going to work my calories up the proper way.
B- Scrambled eggs and steak
S- Almond and Walnut 100cal pckt
L- Salmon and broccoli w/cheese
D- Shrimp and broccoli w/ cheese
This is close to 1500 calories so hopefully a good start.
