Thread: I ate pizza :(

  1. #1

    I ate pizza :(

Its been more difficult the last few days. I think because I know another round is coming.
I've been having great substitutes for things like kale chips or seaweed instead of popcorn/chips/fries. Heated up apples or berries w cinnamon & stevia for desserts, 90% cocoa on occasion.

But today was just too difficult. We traveled last night for my daughters State Gymnastics meet.
I brought all the right things & prepared! I ate well while others ate nachos, burgers, pretzels, etc etc around me.

Then my daughter wanted GF pizza as a treat and I said yes. She's been eating well too, gotta stay healthy for gym!

The smell in the truck was too much. One bite and I caved. Ugh.

I've been holding steady at 1.5# above lowest weight.
Im loading on Sat for my next round starting next Mon.

    Did I completely blow it?

Yes, you blew it, if you are still in P3. If not, then its a carb test.

But I'm assuming your real question is, can you recover? Yes, you can, if it is a one-time thing. If it opens the door to a continuing carb binge, then that's another story.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like you are just working your way through P3 recently. It is not a good idea to start another round without waiting the minimum time. Between round 1 & 2, that is 6 weeks, increasing each time.

It is a one time thing! I did eat a little extra yesterday after the pizza.

I was up 1 full pound this morning which put me at 2.6 # above LDW. So I drank mud tea/water until 5pm. At this point i was absolutely famished and had broccoli and steak and a few pork rinds.

I did not remember that a full 6 wks was the rule between rounds, for some reason I had understood it was 3 wks. I need to do this last round sooner anyway due to events that are happening throughout the next several months, this was the only time I could really do it. The first time I did this, with injections, I did it 3wks apart and did great both rounds. I didn't stabilize due to a mindset that was not set up for success. I am FAR from that now thank God!

There are several reasons the whole wait time is important. It is not just for optimum stabilization. You might check out my article relating to it here:
    https://hcgdietinfo.com/why-its-impo...etween-rounds/

Hopefully you'll get a drop with your correction day. If you do not get back to your LIW from it, do not try to do 2 correction days in a row, as it is hard on the body and can confuse the process. Just stay on course. You may have to accept a little rise on the scale.

    It was successful

Im still planning on starting another round on Monday. It works best with my schedule and there will be no other time the rest of the summer due to moving.

Your article was informative & I learned a lot, thank you.

Since the other 2 times I did rounds were only 23 days it should be fine.
IF i should need to do another round I will take these into consideration. (but planning on not because i'm much more prepared for success in stabilizing!!!)

    So loading starts tomorrow
