    IM not an avocado eater, but I want to try it so can you give me some good ways to eat it for P3?

    Guacamole is awesome

    Easy salad with grape tomatoes, avocado & pepper chunks, sweet onion, cilantro, lime juice (or wine vinegar) & olive oil.

    Blend it up with frozen fruit, sweetener and greek yogurt for a yummy softserve icecream. (you can also use frozen avocado)
