Thread: What brand probiotics are you using?

  1. #1

What brand probiotics are you using?

And where did you get them from? I noticed the ones I have maybe starch in them? Not sure cause they are at home but they have something I shouldn't be having. Can someone refer me to the thread about the probiotics and L Carantine?

Here are the three things that I take. I found them on a thread in the past. Honestly, I find all the information just by searching, but I can't refer back to them, as I don't know where they are...lol. So I would recommend to use the search function, as chances are someone else has asked that question before and people have answered them.

    Digestive Enzymes by Enzymedica
    Acetyl L-Carnitine by Jarrow Formulas
Probiotics with 5 Billion organisms by Jarrow Formulas

These have worked really well for me. I got them at a health food store at first, but second time I ordered them online in different stores, just whoever had a great sale on it at the time.

    Hope this helps you!

I use the NSI Probiotic 8-5 (you can get it on www.vitacost.com), and it works fine for me during P2 & P3.

SF actually recommended these to me, and i like them- they seem to work better than the capsules i took. supposedly the pearl takes longer to break down, thus you get the bacteria going all the way to your intestines, instead of breaking down in your stomach. the nice thing about them is that you can set them up for auto-ship: http://www.amazon.com/Enzymatic-Ther...5017797&sr=8-1

I have seen these in the stores and was wondering if anybody has tried them. I might give those a shot next.
