Breakfast Choices for P3 other than eggs?

I will be starting P3 in a week, and I am researching P3 etc. I notice many folks eat eggs for breakfast...I don't mind eggs once in a while, but I'm not a big egg fan. What are some other breakfast choices that fit into P3 protocol? Thanks!

I still have a hard time making myself eat breakfast. If I do it's greek yogurt (sometimes with berries) or a minute muffin.

In my last week of p3 I added almond meal pancakes they have eggs but you cant tell (I am so sick of eggs)
    Anyway I use
    1 cup almond flour
    1/4 salt
    1/4 baking soda
    4 eggs
    1tsp vanilla
mix dry add wet and cook like you would a pancake. You are supposed to add 2tablespoons of honey but I skip that. I do sometimes add mashed strawberries if I have them on hand. YUMMY! I am such a carb junkie. Sigh. Also I cut this in half and eat all 4 Again carb junkie

Breakfast is an excellent time to eat fruit.

Or just have meat and vegs. Maybe some cheese if you're able to eat that. Just eat what you would eat for lunch and dinner...

Greek yogurt with berries, mug muffin, leftover hamburger patty with cheese. I've been finding ways of making things with the almond flour that is tasty and nutritious, using egg as one ingredient, like breakfast quiche or the mug muffin. When I make a chocolate one, it's like having cake for breakfast. Drizzle a little cream on it and it's yum!

In a coffee mug, mix 2 tbsp almond flour, a pinch of baking soda, a pinch of baking powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder, and sweetener of choice (stevia, xylitol, splenda). in small bowl slightly wisk one egg with 1 tbsp cream and 1 tsbp butter or coconut oil, pour into mug and mix everything up. Microwave for 90 seconds. If you do a search for "mug cake" you will find recipes like this with more exact measurements, some different flavors too. I tried it with apples & cinnamon but it wasn't as good as the cocoa powder. Next time I'm trying it with blueberries. No flour, gluten or sugar so it's completely protocol, unless you have an almond sensitivity.

I love eggs for breakfast, but sometimes you want a change. My friend introduced me to this green been or broccoli "casserole" she makes and I have been obsessed with it! Had it for breakfast this morning.

Cook up some broccoli, however much you want to eat. I did like 2-3 cups. Then add like 2-5 heaping teaspoons of almond flour and some salt to taste. It was super yummy and I have been eating it everyday. Soooo easy!
Be miserable, or do something about it. Whichever you decide, the choice is always yours.

I do scrambled eggs with Tueky Sausage and a little cheese... Im not a huge egg eater, but the sausage and cheese kind of mixes it up!

I think Im going to try making Quiche with Almond Flour and either Almond Milk/Soy Milk. Ive been having P3 issues with dairy :/
Skinny feels better than Starbucks tastes... or so I keep telling myself!
