I am a big fan of the 0% Fage only because there is zero fat and so much protein but I ALWAYS add some sort of sweetener to make it parfait-like I am afraid to try the full fat after the rave reviews!! lol... I might get addicted HOWEVER because I am going on vaca on phase 3 and one of the things I will miss is going out for ice cream I may freeze some with sweetener and flavoring in it and pretend its ice cream! lol I also thought about bringing my ice cream maker and grabbing some heavy cream and some instant coffee and stevia and making some coffee ice cream!!! my hubby thinks I am crazy "lugging the ice cream maker on vaca" and I may be but I am not going to let an ice cream craving spoil my vaca! lol I am going to have myself set up with fun things to eat!! the best part of this diet is all the junky things you can look forward to adding in like heavy cream, cheese in your eggs or on a burger!! o no tummy is growling now... wow time to shut up... sorry ladies! lol

I pour my crack into one of those mini ice cube trays. Perfect serving sizes.

    Hi all,
I am just catching up here. We had some bad storms that knocked our power out for 22 hours. Speaking of addictions I had to be off this forum b/c no internet service. I swear I was having withdrawl symtoms of extreme crankiness. I had also been to the grocery store the day before and bought all my P3 high fat dairy foods which I had to throw out and replace. I promise to try the FFF as soon as I can get to Whole Foods (maybe Friday). It was the comment about the cream filled Krispy Kreams that really got to me. I hope they have it in the small size containers there!

I finally got a chance to get some Fage Full Fat and you were soooo verrrry right. This is much better than the 2%. I just added a few strawberries and less than a packet of Truvia. So rich and creamy! Yum.

Has anyone tried freezing it? I think I will try. I also would love to try it spread on some of the sweet oopsie rolls.

Thanks all for convincing me to try it. Rojo
