    Cauliflower Hash?

For those of you that eat Cauliflour in P3; have you toyed around with making a hash? I know a lot of people use cauliflower in place of potatoes in many applications, so it got me to thinking.

For instance, the only way I like sweet potatoes is made into sweet potato hash with a fried egg on top. Anyone have any similar recipes they'd like to share, made with cauliflower?

Yes. That's a great use of it. Using it to make faux rice and potato dishes is so convenient!

If you google "cauliflower rice" or "low carb rice", you'll find a bunch of cool recipes. It can be a little bit of a pain, but totally worth it if you're a rice eater or want a change!
