    Cheat Day

    Has anyone attempted to do a cheat day (eating whatever you crave) once a week during their P4 phase? I constantly crave sweets and was wondering whether have one day to eat whatever I want would be a good way to go about it. I have a tendency (don't know if that is the same case after P2) to eat something sweet and I lose self control. Also, if anyone has, what is the best way to go back down to your stabilized weight. Or if anyone has any better ideas for...?

    I try to have a "cheat day" every couple of weeks to eat whatever I want (not out of control though). After that day, I normally don't have an appetite the next day, so I'll just do a liquid fast of coffee, tea, & water , and will automatically drop 4-5 lbs the next day.
    The Moderator currently known as Coco :

    Stable @ 145 for over 3 years. Height - 5'10
    Starting Weight: 220 lbs.
    Lost 75 lbs. in 3 rounds.
    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 2/4 now!!!
