Has anyone ever had this? It's sold by Omaha Steaks online. It looks like turkey bacon, which my mom loves, but I just don't care for turkey bacon & always have a 1+ lb. gain when I eat turkey meat or products anyway.

I don't eat processed meats at all... I'll tell you the best tasting bacon is grass-fed beef bacon. The BEST after that is grass-fed bison bacon. Both are high in Omega-3 fat which not only tastes better... it's also really good for you.
Being turkey-sensitive, I was excited until I saw it was $20 a pound.
I think I'll stick to the real thing.
But if they make it, maybe someone else does too. I shall look around.

I'm turkey sensitive too, and I've had beef bacon which was good but tasted as salty as corned beef. The next time I buy some beef bacon, I'll boil it first to remove some of the salt.

I eat applewood bacon... pork... never liked turkey bacon...too dryy and salty
