    Christmas party cheat

    So let's start with my stats first lol
    I am almost done phase 3 and my weight before the Christmas party (Saturday morning) was 4lbs lower the my LIW, I was pretty good with what I ate(didn't indulge in bread, potato or dessert) however, I drank a lot of wine. The following day(Sunday) I ate half a burger from in and out..bad I know and some fries. Its also TOM and it's pretty bad this month as I have to induce my periods(PCOS). Now today I stepped on the scale and I am up 1.9lbs, should I do a correction day or no as I'm still below my LIW? Hope this makes sense, fighting a migraine.

    No...do not correct until you are MORE than 2 pounds over LIW.

    Its awesome that you below LIW. Most people don't achieve that.

    Just eat regular P3. It could take a couple days to detox.

    Thanks so much, yes, I was definitely shocked that I seem to be staying at that 4lb below LIW. Guess it's good for a little flexibility but TBH it all wasn't worth it. My body wants clean foods now!
