    My correction day...3.0 loss next day.

    Hey everybody, I wanted to share my correction day with you as maybe it will help you. I usually do very well with steak days, meaning a 1.2 lb loss but I hate not eating till evening as I am a breakfast girl... so I needed a correction day that worked better so I got the "opportunity" to do one on Friday. LOL! My struggle was with how MUCH food do I eat since I am in P3 and trying to get calories in yet stick to high protein so I don't kill myself and STARVE all day \o/

    So here was my day:

    BF: 4 egg omelette with green peppers, red peppers, onion and chedder cheese made in butter
    Coffee: Americano, steamed breve, 2 splenda

    Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast with provolone cheese melted on top
    3 hard boiled eggs

    Snack: Dannon plain greek yogurt 3.5 oz size (added blueberries)
    1 hard boiled egg

    Dinner: (ate at 5pm) 1 beef patty with cheese and all the yummy toppings. no condiments except mustard

    So I ate (8) eggs in total, got my meat in with the lean chicken and beef as well as my yogurt. I ate all day, didn't starve myself, drank 2 liters of water for a total of 1114 calories. Carbs= 8% Fat= 51% Protein= 41%

    Next day lost 3.0 lbs.

    This is my new correction day for the next time I need it!!
    FIRST ROUND - 63 day round- lost 30 lbs and 19 inches!

    LAST ROUND - 30 day round. lost 16 lbs. Lowered goal weight as I thought I was looking too thin. P3 starts 7/24

    Wow! That is amazing!!! I start p3 on Friday, so I will keep this in mind in case I get the 'opportunity' to try it out, lol!
    VLCD W1: -8.8 pounds for me & -17.0 pounds for DH
    VLCD W2: -2.0 pounds for me & -2.0 for DH (Extreme stalling in week 2?? Grrr!!!)
    VLCD W3: -3.2 pounds for me & -7.0 for DH (including planned cheat mid-week to preserve sanity)
    VLCD W4: -4.4 pounds for me & -6.0 for DH (including TOM and 1 of 2 days in Nashville)

    LIW 163.6 on August 9
    161.4 after last VLCD day
    Phase 3: August 12
    Phase 4: September 2
    159.6 after Phase 3

    Oooo I think ill try this, thanks!! I can not stabalize, and im up 4.4lbs today...Doing my 7th correction day today (in 2 weeks) and I olny lose about .8 on correction days. I NEED something better so maybe tomorow ill do this too

    wow!! umm yeah i might give this a go! i was supposed 2 do a steak day yesterday which i totally failed doing and i am currently doing one 2day... last time i did a steak day i lost 3.2 i believe... BUT I delayed this steak day by a whole day so if i dont lose 2morrow i am following ur correction day to a T!

    Yes I cooked all of my food in butter.. the thing that was different with this correction day was that I not only ate all day but as you can see I kept my calories high... maybe thats the reason for the 3.0 loss vs the 1.2-2.0 loss???

    I finally stabalized in this round at 1.0 lbs over set weight. I am officially in P4 in a few days.. have stayed at 153.8 for the last 4 days.. even flirting with...BREAD ***pure love***

    thanks for the suggestion!

    I was so close to a steak day yesterday, so I did this 'egg' day. It worked for me wonderfully -2 lbs!, given that I have exercised (if my muscles are sore that usually means that I've gained). I hate steak days because I hate not eating breakfast - I can barely live and think of anything but food then!
