    LoL I don't eat the melba toast or grassini breadsticks either, I do ok with just my protein and veggies.

    As others wrote, FFF day is full-fat fage and it's an alternative P3 correction day (I use it on P4 as well). You eat about 32 oz worth of Fage Total (full fat, or if you can only find 2%, you add 12 tbsp HWC to the whole batch) plus up to 8 oz berries starting at noon. Most people eat 8 oz of yogurt 4x during the day. If you don't want to use berries, you can use Smucker's Simply Fruit, though I don't use it because it has added fruit juices. I use Smucker's sugar-free preserves made with Truvia instead (you can find it at Target).

    Doing fat-free fage is totally off protocol in P2. I've never tried it, though I've seen people say it works for stalls. I know stalls are normal, though, so I just wait them out rather than risking anything by going that far off protocol. Mine typically don't last more than 3-4 days, anyway.

    How much steak do you do?. I read this morning to not eat all day but consume as much water as I can. Dinner is a huge steak (as much as I can eat) and tomatoes. Is this correct? If it doesnt work I will do FFF tomorrow. Can I do 2 cd in 2 days if I dont lose?

    It's a tomato or apple. I've typically done about a 1.5-2lb steak. It's not recommended to do 2 correction days in a row as the second may be ineffective. You should do a high protein day in between correction days

    The egg day actually worked best for me. I have done the steak day, FFF day, Protein shake day, and egg day before. I couldn't stand the FFF day, but I don't like Fage yogurt. The protein shake day did okay, but it'd only work if I was at home and could blend up a protein shake. The steak day had me starving all day until dinner time. I did get quite tired of the egg day, but I was down 2 pounds. I had scrambled eggs for breakfast and egg salad (with mayo) for lunch and dinner. I've been doing HCG since March 2011 (but unfortunately took 6 months off starting in October and gained a bit back, so had to start up again.)
