    😁Dark chocolate for dessert on P3

    hi all.... I've seen so many P3 desserts but could found anyone eating just plain dark chocolate like the 80%- 100% one with no sugar....

    I love dark Choco as it is ... is it possible to eat then a few pieces? during P3???

    Sure that's fine as long as it doesn't have sugar. I think you'd have to get a 100% one for no sugar since lesser bars will have sugar, usually.

    Wouldn't 100% be baker's chocolate? I can't imagine that would taste very good. I am just about to end a planned interruption and using baking cocoa mixed into things with stevia was a wonderful treat (yogurt, stevia, chocolate - yum!). I found a chocolate bar at the local health food store that is flavored with stevia. It looked like it had some other sugar alcohols in it, so I didn't want to mess with it on a 5 day PI. I would think that would need to wait until the end of P3 or even P4, though.

    I haven't tried the Darck Chocos yet but planning to have it in the second week if I stable or no gains I hope the first week. I found at the BIO shop here in France 100% pure cacao Choco no sugar added ... I have been eating dark chocos from a long time I really like it bitter so no problem with that for me.

    I read about coco crack probably will try it on the third week as well... I just don't really like the smell of coco oil ...

    I have been in P3 for 3 days and luckily stable ... ^^

    Pringles, I too dislike the smell of the "Extra virgin" coconut oil, but just plain refined coconut oil doesn't have any odor.

    thanks herefisy... I think I have the extra virgin one. will try to look for the refined.... I haven't tried the dark chocos I'll do it next week... I'm stabilising well since my LWD and it's my 6th day... cheers to more stabilised days

    i know this is an old thread, but i'm on day 3 of phase 3, and have been eating some "Lily's" stevia sweetened chocolate every day with absolutely NO GAIN at all. i get it at Sprouts.

    I found a chocolate bar at trader joes called Simple Life! It's a low carb no sugar milk or dark chocolate!! I'm so in love with this chocolate and I have had zero issues with it.

    I got a Lily's bar sent to me free when buying some of the THM goods at Sprouts. Its actually quite good, and almost tastes like the Cocoa Crack people make themselves.
