H.E.L.P. - exactly what is stabilizing????

H.E.L.P. - Exactly what does it mean to stabalize???? Does it mean the SAME EXACT weight day after day, with NO fluctuations at all? I'm on day 16 of P3. I lost 4.4 lbs after my last day of drops. Since then I've gone up a couple, and down a couple, up 3 down 3, but never up to the weight I was on the last day of drops. I haven't needed to do a steak day, I just increased my protien and eliminate dairy & eggs and that seems to take care of it. I'm still in the process of figuring out what foods I have sensitivities to. Right now I'm trying eggs (alone no dairy) again ... so far so good. Also I will be doing multiple rounds and have nooooo desire to try sugars & starches next week. I know what they do to me. I mean why even go there if I'm going to cut them out again in three weeks. Is that ok?

I do think most ppl are trying to stay at that ldw...however i'm on day 5 of phase 3 and as long as the scale stays under 2lbs i'm good...i'm up .3 down .4 up 1.0lb, up .4 then down .8 go figure!!! I have added two slices of bread with pb in the morning as that is my total crutch..and no prblms with it. I'm not worrying about what causes a huge gain etc.. as long as that scale stays within 2lbs..I will of course reevaluate if i do exceed that.

Not that I'm sure my comment helps..just my way of doing it.

It means staying in that 4 pound window we have (+2/-2) once you've added foods in and increased your calories. Your weight will fluctuate, sometimes on a daily basis.

its never a bad thing to lose weight, but is it ok to lose more than 2 lbs from your LDW during P3?

mwater- if you're going up and down 3# at a time, you're either sensitive to certain foods or have an inconsistent scale- those are big jumps.

shell- 3# is ok, imo. going much past that might mean you're not eating enough.
