Thread: About fat and protein

    Iím still exactly at 145.8 today. Does that mean I found my sweet spot with calorie intake and such?

    The day before I used coconut oil and cheese and gained a LOT. But yesterday the only thing I changed from P2 was avocado and no issues. I was positive I would gain today but am SO happy I didnít!!!

    Sounds like cheese was the culprit.
    You’ll be shocked that you can eat a high amount of fat and not gain. Especially if you are sticking with healthy fat like avocado and coconut oil.

    It's not that simple, but I'm happy you had a no gain day.

    Just keep eating real foods, and enough of them to be satisfied. Avocado is awesome for P3. I usually eat a whole one every day during that time. Don't be afraid of the fats. Your body is needing them right now. The advice to stick to P2 foods (but more of them) in P3 is very bad advice. Branch out into other meats, and low glycemic veggies, and use healthy oils. (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil)
