    FFF day accidental screw up. SHOOT ME

    So, today was my first technical day off P3, however, due to being almost completely unable to stabilize on P3, I decided to extend it for a week then cycle back into P2 for a mini round since I've heard people who have the same problem are better able to stabilize after doing that. I'm visiting my aunt out of town, so when I stepped on the scale to a 1.2 gain (putting me 2.4 over my adjusted LDW) this morning, I was dreading having to do my FIFTH correction day. I could NOT stomach another steak day, so decided to scramble around to find FFF. There were packages of mixed berries in the freezer that had been bought for my mom when she was here and on P3, so I used and ate a total of half a cup before realizing THERE IS SUCROSE ADDED. How could I have been so stupid to not check the label and assume that all frozen mixed berries don't have added sugar?! I pretty much want to die because this correction day has pretty much been a total waste. I doubt I'll lose ANYTHING because of that, I just hope I don't GAIN. I am SO OVER THIS CRAP!

    That sucks. I can't believe they added sugar. Not sure what you are supposed to do now...

    Talkin: Just do a steak day and some higher protein days - should find you where you want to go!!!!! Do some p2 recipee days - larger portions and that will help as well. Don't worry your not the only one who has done this. I find I do great in p3/p4 until I travel and then I gain! Good Luck!!!!

    I still lost 1.4 lbs, but I'm still 1 lb over my ldw. At least I lost, though.

    I did the FFF day because steak days stopped working well for me. The third and fourth only gave me .8 oz losses, and I literally thought I would vomit if I had to do another steak day. I did eat high protein yesterday, but it just made me maintain, as it did the last time I tried a higher protein day. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I don't know. I'm cycling back on P2 either tomorrow or Wednesday, but more than likely it will be Wednesday. Thanks for the advice, though!

    aw poor thing! Sorry to hear that!
    I hope the cycle works out for you! I just ate a 1.5 pound sirloin for my steak day. Then a batch of cocoa crack. Lol. I always add in cocoa crack and lose well. I am STUFFED.
