Thread: Finally!!! Starting P3 on April 19...anyone else starting on or around?

    Has anyone found an acceptable cereal for P3? Getting kinda sick of bacon...... never thought I would say those words!!Still at my ideal weight!! Summer's here in KY for a few days!! Derby is Saturday! Hoping to enjoy a couple of adult beverages!

    My body is playing tricks on me. I'm teetering at this weight for 2 days now, If I go up at all I have to do a steak day. I ate clean yesterday and am eating clean today hoping it will drop. Tom is done and gone finally, hopefully that will help. Ive been chugging water all day so far and am hoping that will suffice and drop me down some. We will see.

    Hope everyone else is stablilizing well. I'm on day 9 that is 6 days with no steak days and I'm trying to get my body to realize that this is it! No more yo-yo's. Water, Water, Water today.

    Hi guys, I'm still around lol.

    so, since my post from last time, I ended up doing yet another steak day and decided to just adjust my LIW to 159. This is because my last week and half of p2 I was at 159 and it was only in the last injection day that I woke up at 155, it was liek a fluke or something. I stayed at 155 for a few days but slowly got back up to 159 and I'm just fluctuating between 158 and 159. I reached 161 the day before yesterday so I did a steak day and this morning I realized I was at 161 cuz i was ridiculously backed up. looooool. I have been unable to go for like a week now so yeah. That was, ehum , taken care of this morning XD and so 2nd steak day brought me to 159, so as I said, I THINK that's where I will aim to stay I dunno. 155 seems so far fetched right now and Im not about to have another week and a half of struggling with this, it just seems more logical to me to adjust LIW. I have not added much since p2, still no dairy, I'm still having only berries for fruit with the occasional apple.

    Anyway, Im just taking some time away from the forum to make this decision, I'm pretty set but need time to think. I had a break down because of this weight stuff, kinda had to pick myself up and just accept what is.

    After steak day was at same weight. Ate NO cashews and the next day - today - I am back to 156.6lb. Weird how my weight goes to exactly that amount all the time nnever 156 or 156.2 but 156.6.
    Well eating bacon and eggs today and a little cheese. Grapefruit. Plan on having a salad with Maries Blue cheese and a steak tonight.
    COFFEE WITH HWC IS MAKING IT ALL OK.
    Stay strong everyone. When I look at teh peanut butter or nuts I just have to say - steak day - and they magically become not so appetizing.

    Luvdalejr.... sorry but no cereal, grains, starches or sugars on P3. Only 3 weeks anyway of P3...Just eat fruit and a cpl of eggs.... Im so used to not having breakfast I am not hungry till later. I would just have full fat yogurt with berries or have some meat. I havent had bacon for months because they all have sugar and i dont love it as much as I used to.
    For sure adult beverages are on P4... but just correct if you go off protocol.

    Well, cleaner eating yesterday paid off with a 0.8 loss today, up 0.2 over LIW. I've been doing Atkins induction-style for the past 2 weeks and thought I would have lost a little more, but alas, I haven't lost much, if any, from LIW over the past 2 weeks. But I do have to say I haven't been hungry, I've had my HWC, and haven't gained during P3, so I guess I'll take it...have a great day everyone!

    Well, cleaner eating yesterday paid off with a 0.8 loss today, up 0.2 over LIW. I've been doing Atkins induction-style for the past 2 weeks and thought I would have lost a little more, but alas, I haven't lost much, if any, from LIW over the past 2 weeks. But I do have to say I haven't been hungry, I've had my HWC, and haven't gained during P3, so I guess I'll take it...have a great day everyone!

    Morning all .... At work so ill make this quick ! I'm down 1.5 making me 147 which is 1.5 above LIW !!!! Whew !!!! That's to my HMYogurt !!!! Tried a little diff this am .... Yogurt cheese (yogurt stained to remove the whey) 1 TBL vanilla extract, same of Agave, and some fresh berries !!! Too freakin DIE for .... OMG !!!! LOVE IT ... Had to share !!! Monday I start P4 .... Can we say Woo Hoo !!! Chat later !! Ciao !!

    Day 10 of Phase 3, my body seems to be handling things well. I was borderline almost having to do a steak day for 2 days, but never went 2lbs over thank goodness. Tom has officially left and I woke up 0.4lbs lighter. I'm still 1.6 over my LIW, but havent had a steak day since day 3, so I'm happy. Stable is Stable in my book. I'm ready to stablize and start phase 4 and then on to another round. Glad to see everyone doing so well.

    Spring into Skinny- are we allowed Agave?????? Just curious.

    Entering my last week of P3...although I will probably continue to eat P3 for a bit. Woke up 0.6 under LIW so very happy for that. I decided to try to stabilize in P3 and not continue to try and lose (as my MDs protocol was telling me to do by staying at 1200 cal/day...I just wanted to stabilize and not continue to diet) and I have my 2 week follow-up with him today...I hope he is not too upset that I haven't lost much, if any, weight in 2 weeks...oh well, if he's pissed, he will just have to get over it! Good luck all!!!
