I am glad to see you back where you need to be kellemon, what a struggle. Good to realize that the cheating wasn't worth it in the end. I noticed that I was getting a little (OK, a lot "sloppy") so had to do a correction day too. I am hoping that it was my wake up call to staying on track. It is quite frightening how easy it is to slip back into the old bad habits, isn't it?

Head over to this thread of people figuring their way through P3, lots of great support, discussions, etc. Some of us are gaining, some are losing, but it is nice to get all kinds of perspectives. And I will say that that encouragement of the girls over there is second to none!

That pesky TOM--always throwing a wrench in things. Just stay strong. You can do this. Anything worth doing is usually hard. lots of positive thoughts coming your way.

My cheat involved wine at a party with lots of food. The wine lead to me eating toppings off pizza. Not horrible, but not great as I'm sure there was sugar in the sauce and preservatives in the cheese and meat. Then I had more wine which lead to me eating a helping of peanut butter pie full of carbs and some candy. I felt disgusting during, but kept going, Stupid alcohol. I know now to limit myself to one glass of wine (maybe two if I'm super careful) no more than once a week for now.

It's been so long since I drank that I am almost scared to have a glass! They might have to carry me out.

I have been a little hermit-y since I started this. It's just plain hard to be around people who have brought scrumptious BAD food and drink, and after they get into the wine, then they start trying to get you to go to the dark side with them. I am going to be missing my next Bunko group, and you know what? That's ok, because I will be at the tailend of P3 and I don't want them to tease me into doing something bad.

But you have faced it, you have fixed it, and now you are gonna dominate it! Way to stick with the program instead of giving up and giving in.

Today I ate a lot. Nervous for tomorrows weigh in, but happy that at least I ate nothing off protocol and nothing that I've found sensitivity to so far and I introduced nothing new. Thinking of trying walden farms products tomorrow. I'm nervous because, though people on here seem to not have problems, they are sweetened with splenda and I have become incredibly against splenda in recent months.

I'm checking out the forum you posted here so I'll probably see you there .

I was feeling the same way yesterday - had eaten nothing off protocall but a ton of what i did have. It resulted in a 1.8 gain today. but I'm still .8 from 2 over.

.2 gain for me today. Gonna cut back on the nuts, though I already had some almond butter for breakfast with my mug muffin. It's hard, nuts are so easy to just munch and munch on.
