so today is my last weigh in for P4.... I decided to only start my shots tomorrow and not waste a dose that could help at the end...

    My weigh in this morning was 76.4kgs/168.1pound, which brings me to .66 over LIW.... a pretty healthy and successful p3/4 I would say.... }}}}Patting myself on the back{{{{

In summary.... in my last P3/4 I reported actual numbers.... blow by blow, this time around (I suppose because it was more of a breeze) i just reported ups and downs I was only over my 2lb window marginally ONCE and did not do a steak day.... I stuck to my rule of no starch and sugars on weekdays... I could drink wine and spirits freely and had no cravings had potato twice and understand now that carbs are for high days and holidays only... so much so that for tonight's cheese fondue I got some Rye bread for me

My lady from Marketplace called me yesterday, there supplies arrived and they are seeing me on monday to mix and explain the injections to her husband he will help both her and her daughter. I had a long chat to her last night and encouraged her to join us here and report in and get some extra help and support.... I know the forum has been a tremendous help on my journey... I know I am driven enough to do it on my own but over the years I have learned so much from everyday people on the forum and I thank the moderators...Leez and Coco and everyone else for their quick responses to questions and I sometimes smile when I see the same question being answered over and over again with so much support and patience

For now I will keep an eye out on this thread but will move over to my P2 thread and be back here at the end of may

    Have an awesome day all

Good point about moderators. Leez shows such patience, but you know what--I have a horrible time typing key words into the search engine to get answers to questions that i think I have seen on threads before. I've even gone back and tried to find answers and it doesn't always work out. So I do pester her a little, I think. She is a good sport about it. Thanks Leez!

You're so welcome. I'm very aware that the search function on here is really awkward. You have to do advanced search to get anything useful. And in advanced search, you have to choose the left tab to get the option to show search results as posts. If you don't use the advanced options and that particular tab, all you get are threads where the search words are contained...pretty much useless for threads that are dozens of pages long.

Frankly, I think you get better search results by using an internet search engine and prefacing your search terms with "hcgdietinfo".

For a long time, Jen had a third party search installed that was every so much better than the built in one. But apparently the cost of it just got too high. I really miss that search. You could instantly find anything with it.

Thanks Leez, interesting info--I never ever used advanced search. And I think the going to internet is a practical idea. I have done that before and it has given some posts on hcg info.

    Morning Bunnies!!
(I know i say it always but funny that the April group is the bunnies haha!!)

    So the countdown begins.......!!

    Day 4 of P2
3rd weigh in and Down to LIW, past load weight, past P3/4 weight
LIW and then some.... Down 900gm/1.98 lbs bringing me to 100gm/.22 below LIW...
i was a bit stressed about the massive load, but did say I would give myself 3 days and I did it!!
Fingers crossed this Is a sign of a good round... I know week 1 is always amazing
But generally I do well for 3 weeks and then it tapers down....

I am still aiming for 22lbs total ... but being so close to goal weight I have to just trust the protocol and see where it takes me
Not putting pressure on myself this time...only pressure is to stay on protocol and do it well .... the last round was not a good round, but at least it is 11 lbs and not to be sneezed at

Interestingly, My P3 habits are paying off and I felt like having a fruit for breakfast this morning, usually I have no need for breakfast....

Will have to pop to the store today to get veggies, dont want to eat off protocol, especially with such a great start

Enjoy the day and drink up!!

    Anyways Go well alll

Leez Generally I get most of my info of the HCGDieteInfo pages.. there are many references to hcg, But when I am in doubt i fall back on The original Manuscript and whatever is written on HCG Dietinfo....

I have long given up on searching on the forum.... I was trying to find some of my original posts, but I think they have been removed....

If you click your username on your post, you will have the option to see all the posts you've ever made on the forum. "View forum posts"

When I click yours, there are 20 pages of posts. But it looks like they only go back to Dec. 2020.

It seems odd you wouldn't have gotten all your history when your account was restored. Unless the webmaster just gave your name back but not the actual account. If you find an old post previous to Dec 2020, see if you can edit it. Or see if you have any older PMs.

Wow, this is really interesting, Leez. I've started blogging posts that I think I really need to remember so I can just look on recently blog to see--like your dose too high or too low info. Or a receipe someone shared. Can find pretty easy that way.
