LOL I should have called this thread Flo's Excruciating journey....the only excitement is my heartbeat every time I get onto the scale
So yesterday I did eat all on protocol and I included a lot more ito veggies and size of meals But I feel I have to continue to push myself and see where it goes... I do no its nor diet brain.... it is the stuff I would normally eat and the quantity I am normally satisfied with...but I know "normally" is what gets me into a mess scale wise.... So having said that
P3 Day18
Up 100gm/.22lbs
Weight 179.7 still only 600gm/.66 above LIW
Out of yogurt this morning so had to do papaya with a Almond Milk smoothie and Protein powder
I feel the yogurt has really settled my stomach big time.. I like that I can do other fruits in P3 and P4...I think I will leave the apples to P2....
I had a thought this morning.... P2 is not my problem, Stabilizing is.... although I am reasonably stable maybe I should do my round and aim for 22lbs again that way I will only the last bridge to cross over to get to my ultimate goal...although I will be happy around 158 ish.... but in doing another round, it will give me THREE P3s to lock in my HCG weight.... and wintertime is a great way for me to stabilize with heavier meals like Stews and soups....
might just give it a go....
