Wow, that sounds like an awesome meal! Rib roast is so good! We may do prime rib for Christmas. Already thinking ahead! I wish I could make the chocolate cake and cheesecake, but one thing at a time. I have 6/8th of a pumpkin pie left! LOL
For me, the difference between P3 and P4 will really just be some added carbs in the form of sweet potato and legumes. I won't touch sugar because it will just make me want to raid the pantry, and I am not interested in pasta or rice at all. Oh and half a bagel with cream cheese, chives, and lox!
