Ok these 'double standards' sometimes confuse me and I mess up... and If I change figures it is because I confuse myself at times But double checked and figures are correct
P3 Day 24
Down 400gm/.88
Weight at 179.5 - 500gm/1.1 over LIW
LIW 178.4
Fair enough I did not eat enough but I did try to have plenty of low sugar fruits and veg .... But by now you guys know my definition of "Plenty" .... but my plenty was sufficient, no hunger and no cravings
I did do a few chicken meatballs with avo at dinner, so did not do an entire protein free day.... Fats in the avo and the chicken.... I just feel that I have absolutely zero appetite..... more than usual but that be it for now... as long as I do not skip meals and I do not eat out of protocol
Bonus!! I found two of those 12hour Inflammatory plasters in my meds cabinet so one of those will do me for the day... should help with a clear indication if it is muscle or inflammation (yes I know muscle pain is Inflammation as well but I am sure you know what I mean... I hope, because sometimes I do just ramble on and on haha)
But sunny side up.....I promised myself a proper P3 and sometimes it was hard to stay below that invisible 2lbs line.... I only went over it ONCE and that was due to an innocent mistake... Butttt it seems my body is prone to gravitate towards a .66/.88 above LIW... this journey is far from over .... the really hard part is up in P4... to make choices that is good for us rather than following a protocol....
I don't know about you ladies, But I can hardly imagine eating anything more on a Load day than I eat now.... unless I break the sugar and starch rule... so wondering how my next load will go..... will be interesting unless of course, I include all the so-sos like cheese and nuts.... which I hope to include more of in P4
Btw... regarding the starch rule.... has anyone successfully included Phyllo pasty in P4 and "afterwards"....essentially Phyllo is pure butter with a little flour added....and cannot see myself attempting almond flour phylo. haha.... I love baked Cammenbert parcels....
