Leez, this advice came just in time. I’m already sick of adding one thing a day and just want to eat good P3 food. I like your suggestion a lot! Going to do just that. At the end of the day, if I’m following P3 and eating to hunger, in the long run I will be fine. I’m down over 70 lbs and I’m not going to kill myself over stupid water fluctuations, even though we all want to see that lower number on the scale. No one else can tell by looking at me.
