One more (for now): I skipped on Sunday, am I ok to skip tomorrow to lower my levels quicker or do I need a shot tomorrow at a lower dose?

    Grammy: thyroid results review, PLEASE?

Iím on 97.5 (drawing at the 39 mark after mixing 2000 iu with 8 ml bac water). I started at 105 where I spent the entire last round and sailed through without an issue, but when I started this round 6 weeks later that dose was too high even starting out so I lowered a bit and itís been perfect up until a few days ago.

Hmm, pretty low then. I really hate for you to lower it any more. I don't like to see anything less than 100 because I'm not convinced it's doing anything. How old is your batch? You might be better off to get some IM needles and switch.

    Grammy: thyroid results review, PLEASE?

Ugh I know, was hoping just a tisch down would help. I mixed it last week, on the 20th, so itís fresh and I was cruising along fine until Sunday when I started having all day hunger and felt a little queasy/weak. I thought it was all the yard work/cleanup we did in the sun on Fri, Sat & Sun and all that vigorous activity was just catching up to me. Today I realized that probably wasnít it.

IM needles? And jab myself in the thigh or something? How bad does that hurt to do? I only have a couple of weeks left, Iíll do what I gotta do to see it through safely and correctly, I just wonder given the timeframe how long would it take to get the needles and is it really worth it or the only way to finish up? Iíll be taking a long break after this to (hopefully) get all my thyroid stuff settled and another round isnít on the horizon for quite awhile so I should (I hope!) have plenty of time to sort of reset before I think of trying another course.

So hungry all day. Not good. You can try tweaking it down a smidge, but seriously, if that doesn't work you need to go to 125 with IM. That's such a low dose and your body might be rebelling and in starvation mode.

Yah, not crazy hungry but itís there now just kinda lingering in the background. Not the crazy gnawing canít control it hunger at all, but still not the right feeling when everything is going as it should. Before Sunday I never thought of food until it was meal time then I ate and was done and felt full. Now itís like a little twinge in my belly thatís always kind of there like ďhey...come on, you know you want to feed me.Ē And somewhat nauseous/queasy on top of it. Gah! Why does my body always rebel against me?! So frustrating. I have PLENTY of fat to lose still so that isnít it. Perhaps I needed more than 6 weeks break before I started this round and for me, a longer break is better?

You're definitely dealing with some immunity issues. You need a really long break before you do another round and then I'd definitely do IM.

So crazy this happened in the middle of a second round. Why am I such a freak and my body doesnít want to cooperate. Grrrrrr. Hoping that I can get my thyroid levels settled and figured out and that will help me lose - or at least maintain for awhile as I continue to monitor levels and try to get everything optimal. Pipe dream - but it would be nice if I can get optimal and stay there without jumping through hoops then MAYBE I can get some more lbs off without hcg and I wonít need another round at all. Probably not realistic, but I can dream. As long as I can hover around wherever I land after this and keep my weight stable I can wait for another round if needed. Iím not anywhere near ideal, but Iím in a FAR better spot than I was when I started the first round so Iím holding on to that and hoping all the med changes and testing will help me keep it stable and not balloon up again to where I have no choice but hcg.

What can you tell me about IM? What needles would be needed and where would I inject? Why is the dose for IM stronger than subq?

So I started the morning thinking there was a very high chance I was going to have to stop this round today, but I think (HOPE) I may be back on track. I injected at 92.5 and at first felt very queasy - but like electrolyte imbalance queasy so I drank some pickle juice and had one slice of a pickle slice from the jar. I know, itís not protocol but all things considered if that is my only cheat, I think I could have done way worse lol. After that I started to feel better pretty quickly. Now at work for almost an hour and I feel like I could be turning the corner back to finishing out this round as planned. Fingers crossed!!

Glad you're doing better! Pickles are fine by the way. they are just cucumber and vinegar. As far as IM you need longer needles to reach the muscle. The dose that Dr. Simeons used seems to truly be the one that fits most people. It seems to clear faster or something without a buildup of hcg that can cause the hunger issues. I've seen it work miracles for people dealing with constant dose issues.

I usually use these needles: https://drugsupplystore.com/products...D%26device%3Dc

I buy a 1 ml syringe only to go with them.
