    Graphic, sorry

    Ok I am on p3d5 and felt so bloated last night. I haven't been gaining at all so I think I got a little cocky and i may have gone overboard on the dairy and nuts, but I have never been as sick as I was starting a six am this morning. I felt bloated all evening and the last time I ate was 4 oz of steak with blue cheese at ten pm. I went to bed at 2 am so I had a solid four hours without food before sleeping. I woke up at 6 and had to run to the bathroom. I have never in my life experienced diarrhea like this. I woke up again at 8 and 9 with the same situation. It wasn't until almost 1pm that I felt like I was through the woods. Needless to say I am going for exclusively meat and vegetables today with an apple or two (as they are supposed to bind you and the rest of the BRAT diet is forbidden). Has anyone else had this experience at all? I also had a gain of .2 which I know isn't huge, but with all that I was expelling it seems like the scale went in the wrong direction. Just looking to the experience of others or Grammy here. Thanks, sorry for the overshare.

    sounds like you have things pinned down. Back off on the dairy and nuts and then regroup and go moderately. I often recommend people don't add nuts until well into week 2 of P3

    I had almost the exact same situation yesterday, but it was on Day 1 of Phase 3. I put heavy cream in my coffee, had a whole egg combined with some all whites egg beaters, within 15 minutes, race to the bathroom, repeat throughout the morning. I figured it was just resuming fat after all the time without. I was a little better throughout the day, but had a similar experience after dinner (salad with chicken - but also added 1/4 of an avocado and some sour cream). On the plus side, I was down 2 lbs today. I am hoping it will just subside as my body gets used to "real food"

    I'm right here too, today is my first P3 day and I think I may have over done it. Why can't I ever do anything half way? I haven't 'gone' like this in a long time. It sucks, but atleast I'm not alone

    It may also be a coincidental "bug" you picked up. The advice above is good, I would also always recommend a digestive enzyme. Good luck!

    same thing happened to me today - I only had meats and veggies too... with CO and eggs fried in butter

    Me too! Today was day 1 of p3 and I have been pooping my brains out all day. Horrible. I only added butter and heavy whipping cream besides the normal meat and vegetable. Is this normal?
