    I'd go back to P3 eating for a couple days and then try the things you suspect as the problem individually. I don't know what is in the crunch wrap, but since you ate it both days, it could be suspect. Or it could be the alcohol. No real way to know without testing . You need to leave about 3 days between tests.

    So say I go back to p3 for a few days and I drop back to my LIW, then add one thing in at a time? Like eat the crunch wrap and wait three days before I add in another item? Crunch wrap included tortilla, bacon, eggs, and hash brown. But in those three days between test, should I be eating p3 food or what can I eat? This is the part I get confused on.

    Eat the things you were eating before the gaining started. For the test, you can eat the test food either once, or each day for three days. If you react after the first day, then don't repeat the next two days. After that you can test again once your weight has dropped back down. If no issue, then move on to the next test food for three days. The test foods should be the only new things you are eating beyond what you know doesn't cause you problems.

    Is it normal for your weight to yo-yo up and down within the 2 lbs limit on a weekly basis? My LIW is 111.4 and I keep going up and down depending on the day and what I eat I guess. I can easily drop two lbs within a night or gain 2 lbs. i get panic attacks every time I see my weight at 113 but then the next day I would drop back down to 111. Been 113 for two days now and wondering if I would drop back down again or did I use up all my luck.

    It is very normal to bounce around in the 4 pounds around your LIW (2 up, 2 down). As long as you are not going over the limit, you are stabilizing.

    It is important not to try to correct unless you go over.
