help needed to know if i'm stabilized

I'm have 3 more days until p4 and yesterday i was 3lbs below my liw. I tried to take extra calories intake but this morning i am at 3.5lbs below my liw. Am i stabilizing or am i messing it up? I have been eating a lot of cheese, fatty meat, eggs, sugarfree mayo, butter, olive oil... What should i do? Worried i will gain when i go into p4....

As I understand it, as long as you aren't limiting your foods it is ok to lose a little in P3 and P4. It may jump back up to LIW in P4 but I wouldn't worry about it.

I agree with missymom. Don't worry about it if you are eating normally.

Thanks for the replies. I think i am eating normally though i try not to go over 1900 calories a day... Ill try not to worry about it and just keep sticking to what i have been doing and see what happens when i go into p4

Sounds like you're doing fine if you've added in those foods and haven't gone above your LIW. Congrats!
