And in what order did you add in foods?
How many calories do you eat?

What are you favorite P3 recipes and snacks?

I recently started my 1st p3 and I was scared. I gained and I loss, it all works out. Just keep track of what you eat, add slowly , track your weight...do those things and you will know what made you gain. Dont eat that again for a while and you will do fine. Most important thing...eat enough. If I dont then I gain....when I eat LOTS I do great!!! You will do fine. Dont stress....it hurts you on the scale.

I second Pink, and it took me about one full week to learn it. My first week of P3 I was not eating enough and I was trying to work out all the time, because I thought that's what my body needed to not gain. Turns out, I had two steak days that week. Once I calmed down and actually paid attention to what the forums were saying about P3, haha, I settled down on my activity (still exercise, just not more than I used to before hcg) and I upped my calorie intake. For the past week, my second on P3, I've stabilized beautifully. Seriously, it feels like magic because I'm eating such great P3 foods (I recommend the cheese crust pizza) and after I eat some of this stuff I have automatic guilt because it feels like something I should gain on. But the next day the scale is exactly the same, stabalized, and I remember that I'm following protocol like a good girl, so there's no reason for doubt or guilt.

It's way less scary than it feels at first! You can do it
