    Loosing in p3 an issue?

I woke up to 121.1 this morning and I am happy because my goal weight was 120 and I can't remember the last time I've seen the low 120's on a scale. My LIW was 125 Anyways how much of an issue is it if one's body is dipping in p3 I'm eating to hunger and expected a gain today because I had blue cheese and felt so full on my meals. I'd like to be at 120ish though so happy with it.

Because of the way your loss happened so abruptly, it maybe that your body will stabilize lower than 125. I would continue on as you are and see how it goes. That means, don't try to gain by eating more than you need to feel satisfied. And unless you have a huge overnight gain (something like 2-3 pounds) don't do a steak day until you hit a weight that is over your LIW 2 pound window.

Generally, its not a problem in P3 to drop below your 2 pound window unless you have lost a lot below LIW (like 6-7 pounds). Your body usually will level out by the end of P3. Then going forward, I would use your ending P3 weight as an "LIW" as you head into maintenance.

If you are feeling too full after meals, you may need to work on recognizing your hunger/satisfaction signals. It sometimes takes a while to tune into them.
