    Lose more Wt in P3

    Hi, I have 4-5 more lbs I want to lose, and I'd like to get it off quickly in P3, how can I do that? I dont want yo fo another rd for 5 lbs.

    You should not try to lose weight in P3 because it can destabilize everything. Wait until P4 if you want and then try the 28 Day Fast Metabolism Diet by Pomroy maybe.

    Im in day3 of p3 and I'm over 1.8. I m concerned about having to do a steak day. But if I have too, how much steak should I eat? I have lost before in p3 without trying.

    Don't do a steak day until you are up OVER 2 pounds from your LIW. The scale number often backs down on its own even if you get right up to the 2 pound mark.

    If you wake up tomorrow and you are more than 2 pounds over, then you just eat as big a steak as you can manage without making yourself sick. For me, thats a bout 12 oz. But your capacity may be different.

    Hi Leez, I did a steak day and only lost 0.2, why is that?

    Hard to say, but sometimes it takes an extra day for inflammation to go down. Do you have an idea of what caused your weight to jump up?

    What time did you eat the steak, how was it prepared, and did you eat an apple or tomato with or immediately after it? Do you have any digestive issues that you know of?

    I don't lose anymore on steak days, but it's due to slow digestion. However if I still want to eat a steak anyway I will fast or not eat any meat the following day, then I'll lose 3-4 lbs that following day.

    As a matter of fact, I'm doing that today, since I'm up from indulging too much while on vacation

    Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest to Size 2/4 now!!!

    No I don't, I fasted that whole day, just water then grilled a rib eye a little over 1 lb.

    Hi,
    I ate around 730pn, no apple or tomato. I have had sluggish digestion since being on this diet.

    You may want to eat lightly today - maybe only beverages, seafood and a salad for lunch or dinner, then see how much you drop off tomorrow.

    I'm still over 2 lbs this am so I will do a steak day today? Yesterday I had baked chicken mid morn, chicken breast for lunch and sauted okra with fried chicken breast dinner. I did try this new creamer no lactose, no sugar or carbs per ingredients. I'm not sure where I went wrong? Also do i need to eat an apple with my steak day?

    A steak day should have worked without an apple, but it is recommended to eat one, or a tomato with your steak. I think it helps your body process the load of protein better.

    So you did a steak day, then an almost protein only day, and lost basically nothing?

    You can't do another steak day this soon. I think you might benefit from a kind of cleanse day with grammies inflammation busting smoothie for one or more of your meals. If you are inflamed from something, that should take care of it.

    Its generally better to use real food. S no-food value creamer is unlikely to cause a problem, but there is always the possibility that you reacted to a new ingredient.

    1 cup water, 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks celery, 1 lime peeled, 1" knob fresh ginger. Blend together with water in a high end blender and down it.
    I usually throw in some fresh cilantro (or even stems) if I have it for a little extra detox.
