    Still Losing.... Uggg

I am having a problem that in the past I would have welcomed. I started P3 on November 2nd. I met my goal weight of 124. On P3 I have continued to lose weight although I am eating plenty and a lot of full fat dairy. I am now to a point to where I look unhealthy. I am 5 4 118, so ok BMI but I look frail. Every morning I am down. My fitness tracker says I am eating 2400 to 2700 calories a day. I am eating a lot. I still have another week or so on P3. I should not be losing still, and I cant afford to lose any more. Any advice? I am afraid to leave P3 early but that is the only thing I can think of.

I'd up your fruit. How much fruit are you eating?

Thank you so much for replying. I am eating about 3/4 cup of either rasberries blueberries or strawberries 2 x a day, mixed with FFF. I don't tolerate apples well. Are you thinking melons or a banana? Again Thank You.

What kind of exercise do you do? Maybe it would be good for you to do some resistance training, like weights, yoga, TRX or Pilates trainer. Even body weight conditioning. Anything that will challenge your muscles with weight (either your own or a heavy object). You will be able to keep the lean body you have worked on with hCG, but you will not look "frail".

Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.

I agree, the extra sugar in fruit can often help you stop losing when eating more protein/fat calories doesn't. Try some higher sugar fruits rather than berries, and eat more of them.

Usually, I'm the lone voice recommending everyone avoid fruit in P3. This is different advice than I'm used to giving.

You can have ANY fruit in P3. The protocol just says to "watch" very sweet fruit. So try whatever you like.

Thank you for the great suggestions. I will up my fruit. As for exercise, I have been afraid to expend too many calories, but filling the extra loss with muscle gain makes total sense. Never thought of it.
    Thanks again.
