    March Starters P3

    Hi all!! For all of those who started P2 the end of February/early March will be transitioning to P3 very soon....Just the place to talk about the P3 recipes, vent, etc., etc., etc.

    While I want to remain on the other threads I am subscribed to, it was difficult for me to read what the P3ers were eating and I was in P2. Especially here at the end.

    This morning was my last dose of drops--so Wednesday morning I'll be starting P3. I'm already hungry!!!

    Alright! I'm here!!!! I've been dreading this day ... I want to eat lots but am afraid to eat anything! This morning I had breakfast pork sausage (really drained any grease) with egg and tomato. I haven't had anything else since and it's almost 6pm. We are grilling chicken and I'll probably just have a salad. I'm excited to try Cauliflower Pizza - recipe from Your Lighter Side blog: http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2009...uliflower.html

    I am trying to determine what kind of snack I can have! Sooo nerve wrecking!




    R1P2 loading = 2/28/2011 = 228.6
    R1P2 VLCD1 = 3/3/2011 = 228.8

    Watch the sausage...it can have sugar buried in it...like "maple flavored" bacon/sausage...

    I'm so ready to be there on Wednesday. And I have to shop for it in the mean time!!

    I'll be starting this Thursday. Last drops day today. Then Tuesday and Wednesday on VLCD. Thursday is it

    I've made up masses of my home made pasta sauce which I can use as a standby meal (or even live on). It is full of chicken, beef, veggies (tomatoes of course, mushrooms, carrots, celery, onions, eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, garlic) and fresh and dried herbs.

    A few more days and I'll be here as well. I'm pretty excited. Dying to just add everything back in, but planning to start with healthy fats. Olive oil and avocado for the first couple days, along with mixing veggies and eating larger portion sizes. If that goes well, dairy will be next.

    Thanks for the thread Christine!! I won't be on P3 until either April 13th or April 21st, depending on if I go 42 or 50 days on the drops. BUT am studying up so I'm prepared so will try to read up on the posts here for advice and inspiration.


    Will one of you on p3 have some bacon for me, please maybe wrapped around a jalapeno with cream cheese.....cannot wait for those again.
    Round 1 - 26.6 lbs loss (March 4th - April 28th, 2011) LDW 144.6
    Gained 17.6 pounds back

    Round 2 - 18.4 lbs lss (only a smidge more then I put back on after round 1)
    Feb 12, - March 31, 2012 -- LDW 143.8

    So glad you started this...kinda why i dropped off..however one more week in p3. My weight has been stable so i am doing well! I will start my next round on Easter. I probably will start a thread for that! Yay!!!!
    The next time you see me....it will be less of me!

    That's great, Courtney, I've seen you on a few other threads! You've done a most excellent job!! It's great to have losses, but even better to be stable!!!

    Second round on Easter? Wow! I'll still be in P3 then and have a huge Easter brunch to attend....however in P3, I've decided that I won't have the brown sugar ham--instead, I'll bring a wonderful ribeye and roasted veggies . I'd rather have ribeye than ham any day of the week!
