    Is there a maximum amount of chicken thighs you can eat on a correction day in P3?

    The title says it all!

    GonnaLoseIt posted a very detailed and helpful schedule of a chicken thigh correction day, and a total of 7 thighs were consumed.

    While searching online in various HCG-related forums, I've come across several other threads where people will eat thighs "throughout the day" or with other variants, such as added butter or wings and legs. I cannot find if you can end up eating *too* many thighs. Is there a maximum amount, or can you just stuff yourself with as many thighs as you feel without repercussion?

    If this has been asked before, I apologize... please direct me to the correct link.
    If not, then everyone's input and advice is greatly appreciated.

    On a chicken day, you eat a whole chicken which is 3-5 lbs, usually. So on a chicken thigh day, I'd think you'd eat about that same amount in chicken thighs. I don't think the goal is to stuff yourself, but you can certainly eat until you are satisfied and continue to eat whenever you need to to remain satiated.

    i cant eat more than 5 and always lose almost 4 pounds, done it twice and worked and keep losing after ..... my problem is drinking coffee it raise my blood pressure since i never drink coffee
    You can do it , you just have to try.... nothing is impossible with determination.

    WOW, 4 pounds! That's awesome! My CDs yield a 1-1.5 pound loss on average. The thigh CD I did on Sunday resulted in a .4 loss the following day, which was disappointing since I've been trying to get down to within my 2+/- LDW range. My LDW was 111, and I surged pre-TOM. Now I'm balancing 115 and trying to get down to at least 113.
