Not all that bad... you have been given a taste of what is good for you food wise in P3... see this PI as "paying school fees" a south african expression referring to having learned a lesson
Don't give up... it is your journey... and as many lessons YOU learn... by sharing it, you may help someone along the way.... stay strong girl ***
Yes, two weeks. I am looking forward to two weeks in P2 and then back in P3 LOL I may do my next round this way if all goes well.

On P3, I don't worry about the dressings. I mean it is either Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing. And if eating at home, I use the Ranch Dressing I have made with that little envelope mix. No problems so far--watch my next P3 be a royal pain (hope not).

Happy Anniversary, and keep us posted on getting back to P2. I will admit it was a little challenging to me to get right back to it, but it is for such a brief time compared to a 30/40 day stint. I'm trying to psych myself up to go back to P2 for 2 weeks after my trip this coming weekend and maybe the next weekend. And I DO have to get in the game mentally. You got this, and then to P3 for a proper length of time. Very doable for summer!

Tomorrow is my last dose day--then 72 off before p3. It's all a process, will be ok.
I may have some more yogurt this evening I think knowing it's only two weeks is very helpful! I am not dreading it nor am I tempted to not do it. Feeling good about it.
Good luck on your upcoming P3/PI!

After these two weeks I will have the normal 3 weeks of P3 then 3 of P4 and do another round. If I can fiddle a little I can make it so that my no drop days are July 23 and 24. I go camping then which could be an interruption. It is only after 21 drop days though, not 28. But I think that is still considered OK for stabilizing.

mrsstrong, think you are right--Dr S allowed for small rounds of 21 vlc days, not sure if that would include the 2 load days which are dose days as well. I was thinking, 23 days was least amt, but I could be wrong. And Leez always says the longer the round, the better the stablization, tho we all do the shorter rounds at times--and I have seen many on threads say they stablize fine. Leez, I think would say a round of 30 and over is best for stablization. A lot of people do say they stablize after the shorter rounds tho.

We're going out of town Friday - Monday. Hope it goes ok, I'll try to do P3, but may need a all protein day when I get back!. Not going back to P2 until after Mothers Day, may be going out of town that weekend too!

Hope your anniversary celebration went well!
